'Great breakfast buffet. Walking distance (15m) to the old town. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and decent. Direct neigbourhood of the hotel is not the most attractive, but it’s quiet and seemed safe. Only negative is that I could hear the toilet of the upstairs neigbours being flushed as the water rushed through the pipes which appeared to be directly behind the wall. Overall a very nice hotel, would book the same again if I were to visit Zadar in the future. '

'Lovely hotel right on the beach. There is an indoor and outdoor pool, both are lovely. The rooms are lovely, and clean. Good spread for buffet breakfast as well as dinner. This is the only hotel where OJ is fresh, not sugared coloured water, so gold stars for that alone. Best part is Pavla, the massage therapist that is stationed on the beach about 5 mins walk away. She is amazing and I would return just becoz of her. She charges 35Euros for an hour!!'

'Our room was located just off a main square in the old town. It was clean and well furnished. The bathroom came was large included a washing machine and drying rack! Upon arrival We discovered an electrical issue which was quickly resolved by our host. The temperature was in the low 80’s F/ 22 C so we really appreciated the air conditioning.'

'De ligging is eigenlijk overal 10 minuten rijden vanaf, of 40 minuten lopen. Dat is in de zomermaanden te warm, dus je bent afhankelijk van taxi of bus. Er komt een bus in de buurt 1x per uur op doordeweekse dagen. Lidl is wel op loopafstand. Tussen t hotel en het oude centrum/ strand, liggen veel winkels. 'Great location. I had the one of the two top floor units and it was plenty big and very well done. The bathroom might have been the size of the whole room. Even with its location the resteraunts around arent open super late so noise isnt an issue. Parking was difficult. It is literally find a street parking spot and pay (wasnt too bad on price) but your car is gonna be blocks from the accomodation most likely. Also check in and checkout are at a restaraunt. But property owner never seemed far...

'We arrived at Vila Nika to discover that it had been booked already but the owner gave us a room in the Boutique Cosmopolis situated opposite. The view was much prettier, we could see the sunset on the sea, it was beautiful. However there was no kitchenette so we struggled a fair bit in terms of cleaning cups/spoons/etc where we had to use the sink in the bathroom.
