This thoughtfully designed 40m² studio maximizes space with a clever open-plan layout, creating distinct areas for cooking, dining, lounging, and sleeping. Two large sofas provide comfortable seating without making the space feel cramped, while the modern kitchen is equipped with a glass-ceramic cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle.

The sleeping area features a cozy double bed, and the lounge area includes a convertible couch, accommodating up to four guests. Blankets and linens are provided for a comfortable stay. The bathroom is thoughtfully designed with a separate toilet and shower, and towels are provided.
