De bedden zijn prima en de kamers zijn netjes en schoon. Het is echter wel een ietwat gedateerde setting en zeker niet luxe! We hebben niets gemerkt van de vip-locatie. Het ontbijt is eenvoudig maar wel heel vers en smakelijk; er is wel weinig variatie. Wij hadden half pension geboekt; de keuzes voor het diner waren beperkt, maar de gastheer heeft er alles aan gedaan on het ons naar de zin te maken, waarvoor nogmaals dank. Al met al was het een prima verblijf, voor een enkele keer!

mooi, net appartment met uitzicht op zee en de haven. werd elke dag goed schoongemaakt. vriendelijk personeel. ligt een kwartiertje lopen van het centrum, strand dichtbij. Klein minpuntje is het aanbod van servies in het appartement, dat was erg weinig, maar verder is het voor deze prijs helemaal top!

Prima verblijf.
Prima lokatie! Vlak bij het strand. Centrum goed aan te lopen. Uitvalbasis voor trip naar Barcelona. Vriendelijk personeel. Goede bedden. Uitgebreid ontbijt. Kijk er goed op terug en vatbaar voor herhaling.

Nice hotel close to a harbour and Sitges.
I made a booking for this hotel because it was situated near Sitges, it had cooking facilities, a swimming pool and we could overlook the harbour. It was all there. We arrived early but thanks to people that left the evening before we could go to the room at eleven am. The rooms were not new but good for the price. Point of attention, the kitchen facilities were a little poor. The restaurants at the harbour are good if you take the prices in concideration, though busy after nine pm. But it could be that we were there at the end of May. The staff was friendly and helpfull. Next time we book the hotel again if we are travelling to a place in the surroundings of Barcelona.

Quiet hotel in Sitges marina
Wonderful hotel in the Sitges marina. Very clean, and staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and ideal for small families, due to the separate bedroom and kitchenette. Good sized pool, and a jacuzzi that. An be used privately for 30 minutes. The location is outside of Sitges centre, about a 15 minute walk to the nearest shops. The marina area has loads of restaurants though, so you do not have to make it to town if you do not wish to do so. Good breakfast which can be enjoyed at the terrace. Fantastic price/quality ratio, we'd love to come back!

Stayed for three nights. Housekeeping never came to clean the room until very late during the day. Left the room at about 9:00am left the sign to clean but never got it cleaned until we returned about 4:00pm. By then we already in the room when they later knocked the room.

Chambre très petite sans table ni chaise les valises étaient parterre, une seule, prise pour le frigo et encore placée au dessus de notre tête, pas possible de charger le téléphone une seule table de nuit . La salle de bain est si petite que la,porte touche les wc pas très pratique.Une demi heure gratuite pour le parking est un peu juste pour faire l’arrivee et poser les valises, une heure aurait plus judicieux

Die Lage des Hotels ist für unseren Geschmack sehr schön. Es befindet sich am Ende des Yachthafens und ist angenehm ruhig. Es gibt einen großen Pool, und rechts um die Ecke kann man direkt nach ca. 5 Gehminuten an den ersten Strand (auch FKK) gelangen. Zur Altstadt sind es aber noch weitere 10 Minuten, hier kommt man dann an die größeren und belebteren Familen-Strände. Am Hotel befindet sich direkt daneben, ein nicht überdachtes Terrassen-Restaurant mit guter Küche, wenngleich die sprachlichen Kenntnisse des Personals ausbaufähig wären. Ca. 100 m weiter gibt’s noch jede Menge weitere, gute und gehobene Restaurants. Das Frühstück ist ok, aber nicht unbedingt abwechslungsreich. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, und man kann sein Frühstück auch auf der Terrasse zu sich nehmen. Wir bekamen ein Zimmer, in dem sich die Toilette, Dusche und Bett in einem Raum (!) befanden - ohne Trennwände – aber mit Terrasse. Daraufhin haben wir sogleich das Zimmer gewechselt, denn dies ist für unser Empfinden höchstens für eine Einzelbelegung zumutbar! Das andere Zimmer hatte dann wenigstens ein abgeteiltes Badezimmer mit Toilette – allerdings nur Schiebefenster und keine Terrasse !

I was in a room with a view to the marina. It was clean, but very basic for a 4* hotel. Furniture and bath tub a bit worn. No coffee maker / kettle / tea that you usually find in 4* hotels. Most annoyingly, there was just one wall socket in the room, and that’s where the fridge was plugged. So you have to choose between having cold drinks or charging your gadgets. There was another socket in the bathroom. Since this is a beach town, inevitably you will bring in traces of sand on your shoes, regardless of how careful you are. You’d expect the cleaning staff to sweep the floor, at least every other day; they didn’t. Since I am a gold member, I was supposed to get a free bottle of sparkling wine for my stay. I asked the staff on 2 occasions about this and they promissed they would get it sorted; which they didn’t. Not bothered about a bottle of cheap wine, but it’s a matter of principle. Don’t promise something and then refuse to honour it.

Hotel is in great location close to the beach and great restaurants along the Port. Has a nice pool. Service was good and the people are kind and attentive. I do question the rating of the hotel (at 4 stars). Also recieved none of the promised VIP amenities, so am not sure if I would stay here again. Bookers need to know that toilet and bedroom are all one room - so dont be surprised when you see it

Second time I’ve stayed here, first had a kitchen and so this time didn’t take travel kettle. Arrived at room and apart from the weird set up which I’ll come on to there was not tea or coffee making facilities. Asked twice to be sorted 3rd time got told no sorry can’t be provided. Now on to the rooms- yes I know boutique hotels are all about the glass shower room now but normally that encloses the toilet too and the glass is frosted fully to provide some privacy. Not here, toilet open to the whole room behind the shower. Why they couldn’t have enclosed it all is beyond me. You can’t buy drinks around the pool and they ask you not to take any but everyone ignores it. Now as for breakfast if you advertise it until a certain time then ensure it’s fully stocked until closing. We are not talking a 5 minute rush before closing we are talking 30-45 minutes before and hardly any cooked breakfast - that is pretty poor! Maybe spend less time doing the fancy fruit displays as looks like you must bin most and concentrate on providing and refilling the other food. If you won’t provide kettles in the room it’s really not too much to ask to have the breakfast room open most of the day so you can get your own coffee. Last year great and really helpful - this year gets a thumbs down and won’t be back

Nous sommes parti à 4 personnes nous avons réservé 3 chambres tout d’abord à l’arrivée 2 chambres sur 3 était dans un état déplorable du sable partout même dans les lits les draps la couverture enfin pas cool du tout dans ma chambre la chasse d’eau ne fonctionnait pas et même pas de gel douche dans ma douche les fenêtres très dur à ouvrir en ce qui concerne les matelas zéro mais le pire c’est le bruit ils et quasiment impossible de dormir des plaques en métal sur la route sont juste sous les fenêtres à chaque voiture qui passe un bruit horrible le petit déjeuner juste pas digne d’un hôtel ont a osé me dire qu’il ne fessait pas d’œuf à 10h alors que le petit déjeuner fini à 10h30 la machine de ventes de boissons ne fonctionne pas non plus et vue qu’il ni à aucun service faut prévoir aussi à boire sinon rien à boire en ce qui concerne le ménage qui n’a pas été fait une seule fois dans ma chambre ni les serviettes de changer ni les draps c’est moi même qui changeait mes serviettes quand je n’en pouvais tout simplement plus ainsi que jeter mes poubelles brefs je ne recommande cette hôtel a personne c’est ma première réservation via hôtels.com j’espère vraiment tomber sur mieux la prochaine fois. Horror. No corresponde la explicación de la ubicación ni las fotos con la realidad. Al hotel le sobra 1 Estrella y media mínimo. Nos recibió un chico joven con muy pocas ganas de agradar y trabajar. No nos han aplicado ninguna de las ventajas VIP. El hotel está dentro del puerto de Sitges, para poder acceder con el coche tienes q pasar una barrera y dispones de 30’ para hacer el checking, dejar maletas habitación y salir del puerto sin pagar. Luego o pagas 24€ de parking o tienes q aparcar a una distancia de 400 o 500m mínimo. Aire acondicionado vintage, ruidoso, un enchufe en toda la habitación (ocupado por la nevera), … Sábanas rotas. Es un 2 estrellas justito.

Hotellet har en rigtig god beliggenhed tæt på en af de bedste strande i Stiges. Selve hotellet er meget minimalistisk indrettet og værelserne er noget små. Prismæssigt ligger det let for højt i forhold til standarden. Personalet var ok. Synd, man ikke kan bruge sine VIP-fordele på hotellet.

The location of the hotel was awesome! However the quality of the rooms was not good: The air conditioner in our suite wasn’t that strong. when we checked in the bed sheet on one of the beds had stain on it and when we asked for a clean one we got one with hole on it. The staff were really nice and helpful and tried their best to help in spite of language barrier. There was a bad smell of some sort of sewage in the hall way of the hotel however towards the end of our stay either the smell was gone or we got used to it. Overall we are satisfied however according to the other family who stayed at the same hotel with us at the same time there were more issues.

Great pool and the rooms were clean but the furniture needs an update. The day front desk manager was very helpful and friendly! The hotel is on a long stretch with many upscale restaurants in a quieter area than the city center. San Sebastia Beach is a 12 minute walk and all of the major shops/boutiques are 15 minutes’ walk from the hotel.

Bizarre, depressing, 2 star at best
This is a very substandard and strange hotel, and definitely no where approaching 4-star class. First- the young man who checked us in couldn’t have been any LESS welcoming. No please, no thank you, no smile- infact his demeanour is best described as contemptuous to being inconvenienced by customers. Seriously- this young man needs training or to get a job he doesn’t clearly hate). Second- the ‘en-suite’ bathroom is infact a toilet and shower behind a piece of transparent glass with no door- so if you stay here hopefully you’re comfortable with watching and hearing your partner on the toilet. Totally bizarre. This is not disclosed in the room description. Third- two members of staff walked into my room at 9:30am without knocking and despite a ‘do not disturb’ sign on the door. They were holding a coffee like they’d decided to come to take their break in our room. Due to the ‘bathroom’ being completely exposed they got to see me shaving half naked while my partner was taking a shower. Totally outrageous invasion of privacy. Their response when it happened: to laugh! Fourth - our harbour view was in fact a view of a tree and four other balconies looking directly into our room. Absolutely no privacy so we kept the curtains permanently closed. Everything about this place is cheap, faded and depressing. The management have clearly given up. There is no pride. It’s VERY sad. I would barely call in 2-star let alone 4-stars.

Great vacation hotel!
Loved this hotel and location for our vacation! Very clean room and located on a marina and within walking distance of the beach! Lots of nice waterfront dining options on the street near the hotel. We loved it and would stay here again!
