De hotel kamers zijn totaal niet geschikt voor een 5 sterren hotel , je hebt niet eens een kledingkast badkamer echt verschrikkelijk!!!

Mooi Hotel aan strand en eigen zwembad. Als het druk is bedjes bezet en dan staan er nog grotere bedden waarvoor maar liefst dik betaald moet worden. Strandbedden uitsluitend tegen betaling Zou dit niet gewoon gratis moeten zijn en bij de prijs van het hotel inbegrepen behoren te zijn? Ontbijt is uitstekend maar ook duur, zeker als je een kleine eter bent . Personeel vriendelijk, niet echt betrokken .

My booking in experience at the hotel was not acceptable, the person on reception I felt was dismissive and rude. Other staff in the hotel I found very helpful. Without doubt this initial contact ruined the experience. I won’t be staying again.

When you book on Expedia you always get the crappy rated rooms. Our room had a great view but that was it. Right above the front entrance so very noisy. The shower and bath layout was terrible, there’s no privacy at all. It’s quite a ways from downtown and getting transportation is an issue.

Our second visit to this wonderful hotel in Sitges. We love staying here. The rooms are lovely. Our room was described as 'Partial Sea View' but we had a full view of the sea and the entire town on Sitges. The view alone was amazing. Very comfortable room. Great bathroom. Two free bottles of water a day and every evening, a member of staff comes around to give guests a free chocolate! The breakfast buffer was wonderful. The staff were all so warm and friendly. Be sure to try the Ting Ting tourist 'train' that stops outside the hotel and takes you up and down the beautiful Sitges promenade. Thank you so much to the amazing staff at the ME Sitges Terramar. We will be back again next year!

Underwhelming, Overpriced, Poor Facilities
The guys who work on the doors/luggage/car parking were always really friendly and helpful! Check in was chaotic, always seemed busy. Hard sell of trying to upgrade the room (wanted to charge the same as we paid for the 4 night stay again for a room with a bathtub). Also wasn’t happy that you have to pay €100 per NIGHT as a deposit. Luckily we weren’t staying for a few weeks because I have never ever had that much taken as a deposit. Ridiculous really. Room was stunning, spacious, clean and comfortable. Bed was one of the best beds I’ve ever stayed in. Good touch to be able to connect a mobile device to the tv to stream Netflix/Disney etc. Pool area wasn’t the best. Old beds, poorly organised, expensive drinks and food and poor quality. Not enough beds in relation to the hotel size, and on our last day we were told there were no beds left and to go onto a waiting list. We were then forced to sit on the terrace and to order food and drinks while we waited for some beds. There were cabanas available abs also beach beds but we were told that there would be an additional cost. One of the nights we were unable to use the roof terrace as it was a 90€ event only which we were unwilling to pay. Overall the rooms were stunning, but the service and facilities need a lot of work. The hotel is also a 30/40 minute walk to the centre of Sitges. There is a constant up-sell whereby it feels uncomfortable in the end. Wouldn’t stay here again, and wouldn’t recommend.

Unfortunately, once it gets busy it is difficult to enjoy the restaurant and bar areas since they are open to the public and guests are not given priority in those zones. They have a wonderful chiringuito but the same problem. However, in general , it is a wonderful place!

Good except for Breakfast...
The hotel was beautiful. But it didn't feel so 5-star. When we checked in we had to wait for over 10 minutes before someone greeted us. The stafff overall doesn't make the experience feels like you stay at a 5-star hotel. Location is 20 mins walk to Sitges center and 30 mins walk from train station so it's not close to town by any mean but it's in a very quite area. So we enjoyed that. The breakfast was absolutely terrrible. I would avoid at all costs. The pool staff wasn't friendly and didn't offer us any towels.

Ce n'est pas un 5*
Malheureusement ce n'est pas un 5*, mais un beau 4*. C'est la première fois que je vois un faux 5* livrer une chambre avec salle d'eau, douche et WC dans un couloir d'accès à la chambre. Parking non couvert payant (22€) il serait bon de l'indiquer dans les prestations lors de la réservation. Pas de possibilité de dîner avant 20h. Par contre, très bien situé pour des balades en bord de mer et petit déjeuner très varié. Même pour un passage d'une nuit, je n'y retournerais pas.

Wonderful setting, but not worth the price
This hotel is one of our favorites, the beach is gorgeous and staff are friendly. However, they are a bit understaffed and the communication between main hotel and the beach bar is pretty bad and results in all kinds of "rules" that are applied randomly it seems. The price dies not match the quality of the experience
