Our family loved this property. It had everything we needed to make the most of our vacation. It was within steps of great restaurants and shopping. I was also very walkable to the train station when we wanted to venture into different cities. The hosts were very quick to respond when we had any questions or needs. We would absolutely stay here again if we ever end up back in Spain!

This is one of the best company’s I’ve stayed with. I’ve used they apartments a lot. Every time it’s been perfect. This apartment is perfect position on beach front with great views. Got all equipment you need for self catering. Clean. Very easy entrance to the apartment with touch code access. Position of the apartment is in a quiet location.

Dissapointing stay with No lift and No reception
It is a quite disappointing holiday stay. I paid premium price for a sea-front apartment in Dec, looking for the exotic and free-fly feeling, after the dreadful Covid lockdown. I was amused by the photos and the views, so paid nearly twice of the normal 3 star hotel price for this apartment. The two days experiences are full of unexpected drama. List some facts: 1) No lift & No reception. HOTEL.COM SHOULD LIST THIS CLEARLY IN THE WEBSITE, AS YOU CHARGE EXTRA 15% BOOKING FEE FOR THIS! The steps are narrow and steep; you need to ask staff to come to help you, which you MUST book upfront, and not outside their working hours. 2) No 7/24 hours support. They only work from 10-7pm Mon-Fri, 11-3pm working days. So if you arrive outside those hours, you need to figure out everything yourself. Telephone is possible sometimes, but not onsite support. You are asked to check in online upfront, pay with credit card, with your home address, and later check out online. Most communication will be done through Whatsapp during working hours. 3) Appliance breakdown. None of the appliances have use manual or help note, so you need to try your best luck to figure out the how to use them. I suffered several electricity and kitchen appliance breakdown, including the strange flash of lights, fuse-box jump off, oven/kettle/microwave/coffee machine stop working. It all happened in the evening or early morning, therefore nobody can come to help you. I really felt very nervous and desperate at that time.

Dear Elinna, We would like to reply point by point so we don’t leave any question with no answer. The building doesn’t have a lift. This information is specified on Expedia website if you look where it says PROPERTY AMENITIES: SUITABILITY/ACCESSIBILITY. We would suggest you to read the information about what you are booking for future reservations. We were also quite stressed seeing you shouting, getting mad and demanding us to help you with no good manners when that’s a service that we don’t provide. Even though, we helped you after your apologize explaining that you were stressed because your flight was delayed, reason that we understood. THERE IS A RECEPTION which opens from Monday to Sunday from 10am to 6pm. We are having some restriction on the weekends because of COVID19, but you know that there is an office for onsite support as we gave you the option to make an onsite or an online check in. Our guests can get in touch with us using WhatsApp, but also email, phone or any other platform which makes the communication easier. We also have a 24 HOURS EMERGENCY PHONE NUMBER where you can call if you need any assistance during the closing time of the office, so our guests can keep with us at any time for any help they need. We ask for the online check in a credit card, home address and more information to fill the check in form. All these details are the normal details asked for all the tourist accommodations, at least to tourist apartments. About the breakdown, you reported to us on WhatsApp instead of calling the 24 hours emergency number where you were informed that WhatsApp just works during the office opening hours. We sent the technician as soon as we got your message to sort the problem out quickly and everything worked properly. You had the appliance problem because you had all the machines of the apartment ON at the same time creating an electric overload. We feel bad that you didn’t enjoy your stay in the apartment but we thing you came from the beginning in a bad mood and with no intentions to enjoy or having a good time. Love this beachfront location. Easy access to shopping and restaurants right outside the door. We have stayed here four times over the past few years, so yes, we would come back :) Might add that some improvements have been made with regard to furnishings since our first visit.

Excellent property, Sitges Group staff were excellent to work with and very responsive. Property was right on the promenade and next to the beach. Excellent location with many great restaurants right there. Get the Batatas Bravas at El Indiano. Property can assist with many different excursions or rentals. We did the photo shoot which we enjoyed tremendously. The photographer, Amanda, was a joy to work with and very flexible and responsive. I highly recommend. All in all we wished we could have stayed longer. Will definitely stay here again if we come back to Sitges.

I liked the location which was on the quieter beach of sitges but within easy walking distance of all the restaurants, shops and railway station. verlooking the beach at the front and pleasant gardens to the rear. Also a very light and airy apartment. The decor is very light modern and gives the seaside feeling. I think the second bedroom would be better with a blind or curtains which blocked out more light as very bright from sunrise onwards. The bed set up as a double needs a mattress topper to prevent sleeping on the join in the middle.

Stunning! Couldn’t be better!
We had to extend our stay in the Barcelona area after our car got broken into and we had to await repairs. My wife and children wanted to get out of Barca as they were a little traumatised and we chose Sitges. First of all, what a beautiful little town 30mins from Barca. We found this place and booked it and certainly didn’t regret it. Absolutely stunning, hi end apartment overlooking the sea, a stones throw from the beach. The attention to detail in the place was second to none. The beds were uber comfy, the kitchen had all utensils and things we needed and the children loved it. Please don’t give this place miss, if you’re going to Sitges, this is where you’d want to be for an awesome stay! 10/10!!

Fantastisk beliggenhet !
Flott takleilighet med en fantastisk terrasse rett ut mot sjøen samt flott utsikt ut mot Sitges kirke. Vi storkoste oss her noen dager... San Sebastian beach rett utenfor døren og kort vei inn til sentrum.

Beachfront lovely 💙
It was an amazing place right in the heart of beachfront, overlooking the sea. We had two apartments both were lovely - bright and beachy - just perfect. One had a roof terrace with a dining table and incredible views. The people who run it are super nice and very helpful. Sitges is great too - lots of restaurants, shops and a lovely walk by the beach.

I can not fault these guys. From the moment we arrived in Sitges they were so friendly and offered us a drink whilst we sorted out the paperwork. The apartment was beautiful and had every item you needed. It was exactly like the pictures. Definitely coming back and will be recommending it. Thank you team!

A very nice apartment next to the sea in the quieter San Sebastian area. Being penthouse was top of the building up 69 stairs and no lift. Very large roof terrace and modern furnishings.

Great view over San Sebastian beach and the town. Up a few flights of stairs, but it keeps you fit. The bed is very comfortable and the apartment is very clean. We had the penthouse and the sun terrace was amazing, especially when there was a great thunderstorm. The only downside was we ordered a taxi with reception and it didn't turn up. The out of hours team gave us a another number and it was soon sorted. Would definitely stay with the group again.

Comfortable with small issues
It was good overall except a bit of leakage problem with the sink in the bathroom that causes a pool of water on the floor. The shower head is also broken so when these are fixed it's nearly perfect.

Excellent
Have stayed in many Sitges hotels and apartments. This was by some way the best. The location is terrific - right on San Sebastián beach with amazing views. It's a great beach and whilst just a short walk from the main nightlife of town it makes for a quiet and peaceful night. Anna and the team at Sitges Group were professional and friendly, and the apartment was well appointed, clean and well decorated in a fresh and modern style. Would most highly recommend.

lovely, simple, stylish apartment
fantastic family holiday. Apartment and beach were delightful. Sitges is a lively but charming, cosmopolitan town with an interesting past. Would highly recommend a visit. Would love to return in the future.
