We just checked in... today is Saturday, September 5, 2020. So far we have had a horrible experience.
Here are the problems we've encountered. Please bear with me as I explain:
1- the first issue we encountered was at the Reception where "Ahmet" couldn't find our reservations. After a short period of search, he found it and proceeded with the check in.
2- once Ahmet got us checked in and properly registered, he asked us to follow him to our room, number 116. Upon entering the room it was obvious that the room hasn't been cleaned from the previous guests. He then ran to the reception area to retrieve a key to another room. This time room 110.
3- the AC in 110 was out of order a d Ahmet tried to get it to work but he wasn't successful. He then asked us to wait in the restaurant for 30 minutes to figure something out.
4- we went to the restaurant and decided to order soup while we waited. It took 30 minutes for us to be served soup... 30 minutes for soup for crying out loud.
5- our wait in the restaurant ended up being an hour after which Ahmet asked to us to follow him... guess what? We were back to room 116. This time it was cleaned up and therefore we settled there for the night. However, the room wasn't completely cleaned because we found remnants from the previous guests.
6- the next we left the hotel at 11am to go sightseeing. We returned at 8pm only to find out that our room hadn't been cleaned by housekeeping. Ahmet was at the reception and asked him to come an
