Gate - Bungalow - One Bedroom Villa, Sleeps 4

This is a three-room suite, including a living room/kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. The living room/kitchen has a pull-out couch, a flat screen TV with most streaming services (requires guest log-in), and a fully-appointed kitchen. The bedroom has a queen bed, a closet to hang clothes, and a dresser. It also has a quiet, mini-split to control the temperature. Both rooms have a ceiling fan and windows. The bathroom has a shower stall with rain shower head. Complimentary toiletries provided.
Guests have full access to their private suite, as well as seating for two immediately outside. They are also welcome to enjoy the manicured grounds.

Check in/out:
The Gate is a self check-in/check out motel. Shortly after you book you'll receive a confirmation email, and two days prior to your arrival you'll receive a welcome email with all your self check-in instructions including door passcode, wifi etc.  Check-in begins at 3:00pm and check-out is at 11:00am.  ​

Cancellation:
Plans change, it happens. At The Gate we provide a full refund to any cancellation 14 days prior to check-in.  We provide a 50% refund to any cancellation made between 14-7 days of the reservation, and anything within 7 days is nonrefundable. 

Don't Smoke 'em if ya got 'em:
We're a 100% smoke-free property--no tobacco, no marijuana, no exceptions. To keep our spaces fresh and welcoming for everyone, we do not permit smoking of any kind indoors or on the grounds. Violation will result in a $250 fee.

Pets:
We love 'em, you love 'em, but to keep our rooms spotless and allergen-free, we do not allow pets -- our rooms are for humans only. Thank you for understanding. Violation will result in a $250 fee.

Smart TV's:
All our rooms include a smart tv giving you access to all your streaming apps so you can pick up your shows right where you left off.

Clothes Steamer:
Our rooms include a clothes steamer providing a more gentle solution to your garments allowing them to last longer while  you look your best.
