'I arrived 12 hours late after missing my connection. Staff ensured my airport transfer was changed and even helped me with a sulphur bath appointment. My room was tiny but clean, quiet and adequate for one person. Breakfast was sufficiently filling, but is put away promptly at 11 (so set an alarm). Front desk is always available to assist with directions. Able to store luggage after checkout. Great hotel near Old Town!'

'All industrial design is very nice but if it still nice in 5 years we have to see as it is not so practical to maintain status. Nice breakfast, lovely garden bar / terrace with small bites.'

The choices for breakfast were not to extensive, but maybe it had to do with the fact that it was pretty quiet in the hotel. Overall I would recommend it when visiting Tbilisi!'

'Great location in the old city, the hotel is a beautifully refurbished 19th century trading house. Great breakfast spread, easy walking distance to the sights of the old town, Liberty Square, the Clock Tower, Peace Bridge and more. Friendly staff who spoke fluent english. '

'Who would have thought an old Soviet era Telegraph Office building could be transformed into such a stunning hotel property? They’ve really created the most beautiful public spaces, restaurants, rooms and service staff (which is rare in most of Georgia!) Great location, too - walking distance from the old town. Most amazing breakfast spread and one of the best meals we have ever had was at Laan Thai, their Asian restaurant. The only down side to this hotel is that you don’t ever want to leave...
