'When we arrived the young lady at the desk was nice and pleasant gave us 3 keys - only one worked. Went to the room and there were no towels in the room at all, no robes as advertised for the spa features. 'Pros: we had a clean room with a nice view of the forest behind the motel. The thermostat worked efficiently to adjust the temperature as I wanted it. The breakfast was simple continental style with hard-boiled eggs, yogurt, muffins, cereal, etc, and the bagels were delicious. There is free coffee/tea/water dispenser available 24/7 in the lobby. The check-in and check-out was fast, less than a minute. Easy parking, plenty spots available. The staff were helpful and friendly whenever I asked for...
