'Beautiful hotel!! Lovely staff!!! I can't wait to come back!! My son and I came into town for the Krampus event and fell in love with San Candido and this hotel! The staff was so friendly and helpful! The Front Desk went above and beyond to help us with questions and getting around. The beds were so comfortable, amenities were lovely! '

Das Essen war super lecker und vielfältig. Zimmer wunderschön und sauber. Mitarbeiter sind immer freundlich gewesen. Wellnessbereich groß und sauber.
Kommen auf jeden Fall noch einmal wieder.
Das Familienzimmer war leider sehr hellhörig durch die Verbindungstür. Da wir es nicht als Familienzimmer genutzt haben, hörten wir den Fernseher oder die Gespräche der anderen Gäste in den Zimmer.'

'If you’re road tripping around the dolomites like we were, don’t hesitate to book this hotel! Solid breakfast, excellent water pressure in the shower after long hiking days, and very friendly staff. Also free and easy parking. The view out of our window was incredible too!!'

'Beautiful property in a wonderful location with very helpful and kind staff. I wish we had picked a better room as our view was the parking lot, but can’t beat the amenities! Definitely recommend paying a little extra for a balcony with view room. 😀
Dinner wasn’t included in Expedia reservation so it’s an additional 35 euro pp for 4 courses. They save the table for the duration of your stay - service is phenomenal. '

"Villa blu is old Italian grandeur. Restaurant and breakfast were good. Bar/restaurant staf spoke hardly any English. Reception oké. Bathroom was outdated. Fungus on the ceiling. A shower in the bath made sure the whole Floor would get wet. The hotel has 4star potential, but needs some upgrading. Reception staf was very friendly and coöperatie"

"Het personeel in het restaurant was niet vriendelijk (Vincenzo zuchte omdat ik een drankkaart vroeg zodat we aperitiefje konden kiezen), ik kreeg er ook een opgejaagd gevoel (iedereen moet tussen 19u30-20u30 aankomen) . Personeel van receptie was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
De kamer was proper, maar wel klein en had weinig daglicht.
