'This countryside hotel has everything to make it a perfect holiday destination. The only thing that could be improved was the service. It was a bit messy. Another guest’s laundry bag was misplaced in our room, we reported a wasp nest on our balcony after check in, but it was still there the day we left. And the service at the dinner was not the best. Example; offering to bring some mayonaise, but then never actually delivering it. The staff is the sweetest you can get. But some training would...

'In the heart of the wineries with an excellent view and relaxing vibe. The staff is amazing! We enjoyed the wine and the food.'

'Gem!'

Ontbijt was goed verzorgd.

'Uitstekend hotel. Goede locatie tov Stellenbosch. Fantastisch uitzicht!'

'We enjoyed our stay very much. The view was great and the pool much appreciated as it was very hot when we were there. The staff was friendly and efficient.'

'The estate is beautiful, the food and wines are excellent, and the service was exceptional from beginning to end. We especially loved the family-friendly atmosphere, and Wonderdal was a highlight for our 6-year-old son. One small recommendation for families: some dishes in South Africa can be quite spicy, so it's worth checking before ordering for children. Our son became unwell one evening after eating a spicy dish, and the hotel team was incredibly caring, attentive, and supportive throughout...

'Comfortable bed, spacious room and very friendly & competent staff. The location, on a walking distance to the city center of Stellenbosch, is also perfect. Only negative: the pool is a bit smaller than on the pictures, you can't swim a lap in there. Also had some problems with the AC.'

'Lovely Lodge with excellent service, excellent location. '

'Espaço excelente, muito bonito e moderno.'
