'Room service went into my room and started making bed and cleaning while I was having breakfast (a 7am). All my luggage was still in the room so it was evident I was still using the room.'

'Villa blu is old Italian grandeur. Restaurant and breakfast were good. Bar/restaurant staf spoke hardly any English. Reception oké. Bathroom was outdated. Fungus on the ceiling. A shower in the bath made sure the whole Floor would get wet. The hotel has 4star potential, but needs some upgrading. Reception staf was very friendly and coöperatie'

'The hotel is located a few 100m from the slopes. The walk over the road is not without danger. No sidewalk. Family room is spacious and cleaned daily. Kind staff, especially Pierro, who gave that little extra attention and service (makes you a great cappuccino). Breakfast could improve a bit, with COLD drinks and WARM sausages and eggs.'

'El hotel esta bien mantenido y bin situado en el cento de la ciudad, pero los alrededores son muy ruidosos, en un viaje a Cortina uno busca tranquilidad y eso se consigue con un hotel en las afueras de Cortina. En las mañanas siempre nos despertaba un aserradero, el ruido de la recogida de las botellas vacías etc. Si vuelvo a Cortina me quedare en un hotel fuera del centro de la ciudad.'

'Location is far from the main shopping area . The street is crazy busy with young college kids , apparently the cheapest beer in town is on this street , if that’s your vibe then you will like it , but if you are in Milan for shopping I would not stag here . However there are some stores and restaurants close by . The staff was great , the hotel is old with lots of mirrors that made me dizzy it felt like 1980 retro , but it was very clean I can’t complain for that , it’s my fault for not looking...

'The room was nice, the bathroom was great, and the staff were very courteous and helpful. There is a nice bar and restaurant on site so that was convenient. Be advised that this hotel is right next to the road so it could get loud. Let me qualify that I stayed during the Olympics so maybe it was busier than usual then. They also kept the lights on outside my 2nd floor window until late at night so if you're on that floor, bring a sleeping mask and some earplugs.'

'Een mooi hotel, ligging buiten het centrum. De kamer was mooi en groot, echter wel zeer gehorig omdat er een deur tussen ons en de buren in zat. Daarnaast hoorde je ook alles wat er op de gang gebeurde. Het ontbijt was erg goed, veel keus en smaakte lekker. Het eten 's avonds in het restaurant is ook zeer goed, alleen de bediening praat weinig tot geen Engels. Verder zijn wel vriendelijk'
