Het personeel achter de receptie in een woord geweldig. Het schoonmaakpersoneel slecht, toen wij binnen kwamen alles zeer schoon en netjes. De receptie vroeg aan ons of wij iedere dag schoongemaakt wilden hebben. Maar dat hoefde voor ons niet, om de anderse dag is ook goed. Maar het enigste wat ze deden, schone handdoeken neerleggen,en bed verschonen, de badkamer werdt niet gedaan en ook de vloeren van de huiskamer, slaapkamer en balkon niet. Wij hebben het doorgegeven bij de receptie en nog werd de badkamer niet gedaan, weer doorgegeven en ja hoor toen werd de badkamer wel gedaan. Wij zaten er 11 nachten. Ook lastig geen airco op de slaapkamer, die in de huiskamer was te klein om alles te koelen. Bij onze vrienden, die zaten een appartement boven ons, hetzelfde verhaal. Wat bij hun ook het geval was, totaal niets voor de ramen hangen in de slaapkamer, niet leuk bij een temperatuur van 38 graden en de zon van ‘s middags tot zonsondergang op die ramen. Wij hadden nog rolluiken. Wat wel fijn was er stond een wasmachine in de badkamer, alles nog gewassen daags voordat wij naar huis gingen, maar wat wel jammer was er stond geen droogrekje.

The only problem with the AC is that there are no possibilities for adding another one in the bedroom, which is the same case with every apartment in Skopje, and Macedonia in general. Niet schoon en slecht onderhouden. De mensen bij de receptie zijn wel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam, ze doen echt hun best voor jou.

Gezellig ruim appartement met erg goede service
Ruim appartement met supermarkt en bakkerij in de buurt. Het is op een kwartiertje wandelen van Macedonia Square dus je geraakt relatief vlot in het centrum. Het personeel is uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Zo hebben ze mij geholpen met het plannen van excursies en van vervoer naar verscheidene plaatsen voor een goede prijs. Enige minpunt was dat de boiler in de badkamer steeds moest uitgeschakeld worden voor het gebruik van warm water, blijkbaar had je anders gevaar voor elektrische schokken.

The apartment is nice and large and ticks a lot of boxes, but there are a couple of small things that could really elevate to make it an excellent experience. For example, a full kitchen but only one knife and no baking tray or grill pan, makes it difficult to actually use the kitchen. The bed is comfortable, but with only one small pillow each and a poor quality duvet cover that doesn’t stick to the duvet means you’re wrestling with a load of material during the night. The WiFi is excellent, there’s two shops nearby, and super close to the bus and train stations. The communication with the agent was really good and we would stay here again. Just a little more attention to detail needed.

Fantastisk ophold.
Super sød vært. Rent, komfortabelt, hurtig wifi og okay beliggenhed. Desuden er Skopje en fantastisk by man skal besøge 😍 Byen var safe både dag og nat, og området var også helt trygt. Lejligheden ligger i den kristne bydel med masser af flotte kirker og gå afstand til togstation.

Met with Viktor who handed over the keys and showed me around the apartment. Apartment brand new and in excellent condition, everything required for a short or long stay. Apartment 400m from the train station/ bus stop for the airport bus. Approximately 1300m from the main square. Excellent communication all the way through from start to finish, all my questions were answered within minutes even if I had sent them to the wrong booking, sorry again Viktor 😂. Excellent stay would thoroughly recommend.

Meget for pengene!
Her får man meget for pengene! En hel lejlighed udstyret med vaskemaskine, køkkentilbehør og balkon med udsigt til bjergene i baggrunden! Kommunikationen med værten var perfekt, og vi blev taget imod ved ankomst til aftalt tid. Lejligheden lå i et lidt shady kvarter med en del løshunde, men lå bare 10 min gange fra centrum, hvor alt var i bedre stand. Vi følte os aldrig utrygge, men beliggenheden trækker ned lidt. Ellers er vi meget tilfredse med opholdet!

Jeg synes de var svært raske med å svare på meldinger. Selv på kvelden på få minutter. Enkelt å bra utstyrte leiligheter nær tog og bussforbindelser. Ikke så langt å gå til sentrum eller større kjøpesenter.

apartment was nicely and pleasantly decorated and close to center and shopping mall. Garage spot was provided which is great and was not in public. Only thing is neighborhood that is kind off poor and rocky streets around which i believe that it will be taking care of in future. Host was very pleasant and helpful. Will be back again.

Great place, friendly and helpful staff!
My stay here was very pleasant. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Place was decent and the location is very good. The city centre is just a 15 minutes walk from the city centre. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The main bus station is just a 5 minute walk from the apartment. Affordable price, especially for foreigners. I'll definitely consider them next time I need to stay in Skopje.

I want to thank you the people here. Dear Macedonian officer did not let us in this lovely country in arbitrary attitudes these guys helped us anyway. The bed was super comfy. The bathroom and shower were really good as well. Overall the apartment looked gorgeous, much nicer than the photos. The location is convenient not far from the city square.

Its not a place that I would stay at again.
Large apartment but poorly maintained with kitchen items not working, broken chair, dripping taps etc. An extremely poor cleaning standard and worn out furniture. Position in Skopje was OK. Apartment reeked of smoking which was annoying for non smokers. Since the apartments are scattered around the area, its possible that some are better than others, So its pot luck. The staff at Urban Serviced Apartments were helpful and pleasant.

Thank you so much for your feedback. We are always trying to improve everything in our apartments. As you are booking apartment by category, you are assigned to one of the apartments from that category. Just a small correction, the apartments are not scattered around the area, but rather on the same street, 45 meters away from the reception desk. You wanted to reserve a one-bedroom apartment, as you stated too, and since we have had a big group staying, you got the two-bedroom apartment that was the last available. We asked if everything is ok with the apartment, you said yes. If you have told us no, then we would have moved you to another one where you won't have to be inconvenienced. After all, we have 18 different apartments, and we would have moved heaven and earth so that you would be the most satisfied guests ever. We apologize once again for the inconvenience, and we sure will do everything in our power to improve everything you mentioned.

Vielen Dank, dass Sie sich die Zeit genommen haben, uns Ihr Feedback zu geben. Wir versuchten ohne Ihre Ankündigung zu kommen und die Wohnung zu reinigen,aber Sie haben immer die Haustür verschlossen mit dem Schlüssel, der uns nicht erlaubt, unabhängig zu betreten. Als wir kamen, als Sie darum baten, Sie wollten nicht, dass die Wohnung komplett gereinigt wird (Handtücher, Bettwäsche wechseln, jedes Zimmer wischen usw.). Sie wollten nur saubere Handtücher lassen und den Boden im Wohnzimmer und im Bad wischen. Wir entschuldigen uns jedoch für die Unannehmlichkeiten und hoffen, dass Sie uns das Vergnügen bereiten, uns erneut zu besuchen.

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your kind review. We are located in the city center, with short walking distance to the city square, opposite to the famous Debar Maalo neighborhood. The taxi to the city square costs less than 2 euro. Best regards.

Sorunsuz konaklama
İlgili resepsiyon, sorunsuz ve temiz konaklama. Daire çok yeni değil fakat herhangi bir problem yaşamadık. Merkeze 15-20 dakika yürüme mesafesi. İyi restoranların olduğu bölgeye 5 dakika yürüme mesafesi. Makedonyadan çıkarken gerekli olan konaklama belgesini de veriyorlar, almayı unutmayın.

Great stay
I really liked my stay in Skopje. The apartment was very nice and clean. The staff were really informative and helped me get around the city. The best thing is that its close to the best restaurants and bars in Skopje.

On a vraiment été bien acceuilli et le personnel a toujours été là pour nous conseillés et nous renseignés. De plus l'établissement est bien situé: pas loin du centre et proches de cafés et restaurants sympas.
