'Although we just stayed one night, we got a good impression of the hotel. Our room was very clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were comfy. Had a coffee pot in the room but liked being able to go down stairs and get a fresh ground cup of coffee whenever I wanted to for free! Snacks for a fee were available too. The location is not on the beach but it isn't far and was close to many other places including Pier Park. Would stay here again!'

'The room was in nice clean shape and room was cool when we got there. It was well worth the money. Would highly recommend and will stay again. Even though it’s ocean view and not beach front, the view was amazing still. We loved it. Our car did get hit in the parking garage, but that’s a risk you take anywhere I suppose.'

'Do not book this hotel! My children and I were mortified from the check in to the check out. This property is only trying to make a quick buck. They post pictures that don’t accurately reflect the condition of the property. I rented in the overflow buildings. The room smelled heavily of urine and the bedsheets smelled so bad we were not able to sleep in them. The indoor pool is in terrible condition and they barely provide enough towels for 1 person. The pillows and mattresses look old and worn....

'Great location parking was a little challenging'

'The rooms we stayed in was good. Could use some updating. The A/C didn't cool the whole room. The bedroom stayed hot most of our stay. Overall a good stay. Could definitely use some lighting. Our walk to the room at night we had to use a flashlight to see.'

'I booked this place for 1 night, because my stay at another resort was not available until the next day. The pictures looked nice on the website but they are totally the opposite, the place is old, dated, everything inside is dirty and old and smells bad, bathroom had urine odor, is not maintained as it should cause their rent is no so cheap. I had booked this thru Expedia with key cash points that I had accumulated and I just paid the rest to the hotel, they were nice to refund that part, that...

'Well first surprise was long black curly hairs when I pulled back the sheets, got all that taken care of then tried to get on wi fi to look for places to eat but it didn’t work. Only took couple days to get that fixed, oh and elevators are terrible, sometimes they work but had to use the stairs a lot. Will never go back to this overpriced place.'
