'I booked this because it had such a high review (exceptional). I mean it was nice but I didn’t feel that this hotel was in the category of exceptional. It was clean and had a nice breakfast but I guess I was expecting more. We were disappointed in the pool for sure. It didn’t look very clean or clear. Pretty small. We stayed in another hotel a couple of days earlier with not as high of rating and we felt it was nicer. A free breakfast is always nice though. '

'This is a beautiful, clean, newer property near the freeway and Chandler Fashion Center mall. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. This property has many food and entertainment options nearby. If you have kids, there is a Chuck E Cheese and a move theater nearby. The mall is very close and there is a Crsyola and an escape room for fun. If you are traveling with dogs, there is a huge open field at the rear of the property to walk them. This is a very safe business park area. '

'Ik mocht hier 2 weken verblijven vanwege zakenreis. Vond het een erg prettig verblijf . Hotel van alle gemakken voorzien, erg vriendelijk personeel en met grote supermarkt, shoppingmal en veel leuke restaurants op loop afstand. Kamer en zwembad netjes in orde. En met verbouwing aan de gang (waar je minimaal last van had) om kamers te moderniseren. Ik zou hier zeker terug gaan !'

'I have only stayed here for around 7hours as a pitstop before taking my flight. Renovations were being conducted, so the cleanliness was below average. For me, this was acceptable nevertheless due to the size of works. The room itself looked renovated and was thus very good. It had an open closet, something that I do not like but due to my short stay, it didn't bother me at all.'

'I have NEVER had a hotel take as long as this one to release my deposit and I stay in a lot of hotels. I stayed on a Saturday night, it’s Wednesday and they still haven’t released it and I always leave my room very clean. There were what sounded like kids partying in one of the rooms in my hall. The hotel handled it pretty quick. I was kinda disappointed there was no bathtub but the room was clean and the cleaning people while walking through the hall to leave were very nice and the front desk...
