'Friendly, fast check-in. Nice, spacious room. Very clean and relatively new.'

'Hello… another stay at BW… it was a pleasant stay. Friendly checkin staff. Breakfast staff was not so pleasant she was not helpful and for starting the day the supplies weren’t fully stocked and when I asked her for a hard boiled egg she said they are full I took the empty container and she was well… Everyone else is kind and caring, guess if you work the morning you need to be awake and pleasant.. where was get customer service? Parking lot is always well lite and plenty of parking. I will...

'Very nice'

'We were very satisfied with the accommodations, especially the cleanliness of the hotel. The layout of the room was great and we loved the extra seating/ TV area. The free breakfast was nice and the egg bites were great. Nice selection and variety for limited space and everything was kept clean and sanitary. Ample seating and welcoming atmosphere. We would've preferred a lock on the bathroom pocket door. It was also heavy and awkward to open & close. Also, the shower did not get hot, only...

'Prima'

'Service van de receptie onvriendelijk, er kan geen lach vanaf. Mensen van valet parking zijn wel erg vriendelijk. Hotel is netjes, wel in flink verouderde staat. '

'Clean new property. Rooms are extremely spacious'

'I had asked for my room to be cleaned I came back from a long day an it wasn’t cleaned I was told they forgot … than I received a knock at my door at 9am from house keeping asking if I was still in the room the day I had to check out … I wasn’t sure why they went out the way to knock at 9 am when check outs at 11am but couldn’t clean my room when I had asked but very admitted on checking of if I was still there'

'Breakfast on Friday was over too soon'

'This is my favorite place to stay in Smithfield. Clean room, adequate fitness center (there's a recumbent cycle; that's all I need) and a pool, although I didn't use it. I love the included breakfast, although I usually skip the rubbery omelets. Front desk staff is always helpful, and the bed is comfy.'

'The breakfast was excellent.'

'Súper limpio y relax in love'

'Very specious rooms. Handy snack / take-out corner next to the lobby. However, parking is only possible as Valet. Not self-parking.'

'There are some maintenance issues that need to be addressed...our tv kept acting up, our toilet nearly overflowed, two drawers would not stay closed, and the ice machine on our floor was out of order all three days. Friendly staff, good breakfast, but a little disappointed since I had stayed here before and chose it because of my good experience back in June.'
