Positief: Netheid, voorzieningen en staat van de accommodatie en faciliteiten
Excellent, clean, modern and well equipped accommodation. Good, quiet location 1 road back from main esplanade. Also, good front door and apartment security access using number codes. (no keys or cards.)
Air-con units in apartments are also heaters which is useful if travelling in cooler months. Private swimming pool (not heated) on top of building, has panoramic views and area also has 6 sunbeds. Beach towels are provided in apartments, as well as normal bathroom towels.
Excellent communication from Property Manager, Monika, who is very helpful and knowledgeable.
3min walk to esplanade and to catch buses to all over island. (Nearest bus stop is named Antik.) Cheap way to get round and with clear signage. Recommend referring to Malta bus company website for routes.
Shops, supermarkets and restaurants, cafes all within a few minutes walk of accommodation.
Airport bus is TD3 and stops at Balluta named stop, then a 5-10 min walk to accommodation. Journey is 30-40mins depending on traffic and is 3 euros. Taxi to/from airport is 20 euros. (Nb: Queueing to get on buses does not exist!)
Overall, wonderful stay at Sliema Studios and will definitely stay there again when visiting Malta.
