'Verry bad service , no clean rooms, employees that are not service minded and I never have seen before that the doors of the dirty rooms of other guests are stille open wide while no one is in the rooms!
Only one employee in the restaurant who is working alone and also with no service minded attitude!
For a 4 star hotel this is really a shame!'

'Our hotel room is very spacious and clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly. We really enjoyed the breakfast which had plenty of food to choose from. The bus stop to Salzburg is right outside the hotel. The staff provided us with the bus pass with no extra charge. '

'This overgrown chalet is known in the area for its excellent food and wine selection, especially in the Maximilian Restaurant. Deer's bistro shares the same kitchen, but is simpler and less expensive. The hotel is right off the autobahn, and on a main highway, so it is not the quietest.
The multilingual staff is pleasant and helpful. There is plenty of free parking.'

'The staff are all friendly, helpful, and very hospitable. The breakfast was lovely, and we also dined at the restaurant for dinner, which was delicious. The balcony opened on a gorgeous view of the mountainside. Please note, the property does not have an elevator, so you'll need to carry your things up one flight of stairs. But this was one of our favorite stays on this trip, and it centrally located for visits to Salzburg, Hallstatt, and Berchtesgaden. '

'This place was better than any of the hotels we stayed in throughout Bavaria... loved the kitchen amenities and the views were actually of mountains! 10/10 i would recommend for anyone wanting to visit salzburg. Having the metro was incredible and having a grocery store a block down was great. Park can get difficult and honestly overwhelming if it was more of a peak season.'

"Great location.. bus to city centre right outside hotel, or just a short walk through the tunnel to old town. Stayed with my Son, safe area to walk around. Get the Salzburg travel card which is brilliant for going to all the attractions that beautiful Salzburg has to offer. Would definitely stay there again. "
