Dinner at the restaurant was surprisingly good, though the staff was not helpful. It took a very long time for us to get a table even though there was plenty of room. The manager was yelling at the staff and no one had time for us... When it came to paying, it was even worse. Super long wait at the bar to be able to pay, and they let other more frequent guests cut in line.

'The hotel is a little dated and, at least in winter, mostly frequented by elderly couples. The staff were friendly and the rooms were standard but adequate. The hotel is a pleasant 15-minute walk away from the old town of Piran, but the hotel provides an excellent free shuttle service. The breakfast was subpar; many of the items looked past their prime. '
