I definitely recommend staying here with one small caveat: the property is on a small lot without much tree cover, so it felt less private when neighbors were out and about. 'What a lovely cottage right on the river! The cottage was immaculately clean and decorated tastefully. We had a good experience communicating with David. We really enjoyed sitting in the chairs right by the river as well as the table top fire on the deck. The weather was glorious and we were able to check out one of the local trails. 'We had a fantastic time on our mountain house vacation. The house was beautiful….clean, comfortable furnishings, huge kitchen, and even a bottle of champagne included! CJ was a wonderful host. Very attentive and responsive. We had some questions about the heat and the lock code and he was right there for us, responding very quickly through text. 'Tidy, cozy cottage. Hot tub a big plus, as is the firepit and shaded outdoor picnic table for outdoor meals. Even a cold mid-Spring stay was made lovely by the flowering trees. Near a road with infrequent but fast-moving cars, however cottage is set back from the road and is quiet. Proximity to Livingston Manor is great for good food and more.'
