'Novotel Sorocaba was a nice enough business hotel. What I didn't like was: 1. Poor elevator maintenance. Issues were mentioned to hotel staff but over three days weren't fixed. 2. Impracticality of bathroom door design in my room. Just silly half-doors that block the hallway in the room. Door to the toilet also poorly arranged. I've never experienced such a poorly-designed door arrangement in a modern hotel. 3. Windows let too much traffic noise into the room. 4. No 110V shaver point...
