'If you’re coming to Siem Reap to see the temples, this is a convenient place to stay. I visited Angkor Wat, Bayon Temple, and Neak Pean Temple during my trip and had an amazing time. The location made planning my days easy.'

'This hotel is amazing. The type of place where everybody jumps up as soon as you walk by in case you need anything. Holding every door open and assisting with pulling up chairs. They remembered my name and were very helpful in every way. Booking excursions etc.'

'Basically heaven on earth. What an amazing boutique/tranquil getaway. From the very beginning to the very end the entire staff was friendly, compassionate, and ensured we were as comfortable as we could possibly be. The entire place had such a unique touch that you could easily spend your all your time at the Jaya house. We went on a few tours and I’ll say how we were greeted was far superior to any other place we seen people getting picked up from. Please stay here if you’re in Siem Reap!!'

'Great service. We had the Landmark Package. This included a 24hour driver. Oudom drove us around. Always with a smile ! Even at 5 am to go see the sunset. '

'The real Takeaway was the unbelievably friendly and helpful staff. They took time to learn our names, arranged transportation, and we just felt very well taken care of.'

'Good facilities, good staff, and good atmosphere'

'Yes, friendliness of the staff and helpful with my travel plans'
