Zodra je door de poorten rijdt, zul je dol zijn op deze geweldige woning. Elk seizoen in dit huis is een genot met enorme ramen om te genieten van het spectaculaire uitzicht in elke richting. Geniet in het voorjaar en de zomer van prachtige bloemen, omringd door glooiende groene weiden, midden in het KY bluegrass paardenland. In de winter kunt u lekker bij het vuur liggen terwijl u geniet van familie en vrienden! De herfst biedt een prachtig uitzicht op herfstgebladerte. Geniet van nabijgelegen herfstfestivals, ritten op hooi en doolhoven. De boerderij is een prachtige plek om herinneringen te maken die een leven lang meegaan! Dit huis ligt op meer dan 10 hectare. (Foto's tonen verschillende hoeken / weergaven van het huis om te zien hoe groot / verspreid het is) Het blokhut heeft prachtige kathedraalplafonds in zowel de Great Room en de Master Bedroom-suite, evenals massieve stenen open haarden. De stijl van het huis werd geïnspireerd door de boerderij van Ralph Lauren met een eclectische mix van westerse inrichting met een paardensfeer, antiek van wereldreizen en originele kunstwerken. Alles is in het werk gesteld om reizigers te verzekeren van hun verblijf. Van de meest comfortabele bedden tot de meest donzige handdoeken, we hebben hard gewerkt om ervoor te zorgen dat uw verblijf ontspannen is! Er is een groot scherm tv heeft Dish sport-pakket om te genieten van voetbal / basketbal games en dvd-speler in de grote kamer met een grote selectie van gezinsvriendelijke films met ruimte voor iedereen om comfortabel te kijken. Er zijn veel spellen (maisgaten, schaken, schijven, ruggammon, puzzels). Geniet ook van een volledige verzameling klassieke boeken. De keuken heeft topapparatuur en alles wat nodig is voor fantastische maaltijden, van potten en pannen tot serviesgoed. De open keuken / eetkamer is geweldig voor de koks om met iedereen te communiceren tijdens het bereiden van de maaltijden en ruimte voor iedereen om comfortabel te eten. Het dek heeft een hangmat om achterover te leunen en een boek te lezen. Veel zitplaatsen, een gas grill om op te koken en een tafel om te serveren, en om buiten te dineren. De paarden staan in de velden naast het huis zodat iedereen ervan kan genieten! Evenals witte staart herten, vossen, konijnen, adelaars, blauwe reigers en wilde kalkoenen zijn frequente bezoekers. De woonkamer heeft een slaapbank en 2 extra banken, evenals een prachtige stenen open haard. De slaapkamer heeft ook een massieve stenen open haard. Een kingsize bed met Egyptische lakens van 100% katoen en donzen dekbed. Master suite heeft ook een slaapbank en een slaapbank voor extra slaapplaatsen. De en-suite heeft een jacuzzi spa-bad gebouwd voor 2.. Aangrenzende eethoek en volledige keuken met fornuis, koelkast, koffiezetapparaat broodrooster oven, alle gemakken van thuis. Er zijn 2 slaapkamers op de 1e verdieping. Extra slapers zijn beschikbaar voor meer gasten! Het dek kunt u genieten van buiten dineren / ontbijt of genieten van een mint julep terwijl u kijkt naar prachtige glooiende heuvels. We hebben paarden voor uw rijplezier met paden of paardrijlessen zijn beschikbaar voor de beginner. Deze paardenboerderij is een bestemming op zich. Dus als u achterover wilt leunen en tot rust wilt komen Of dichtbij attracties wilt genieten, is dit huis in beide opzichten perfect! We zijn 15 minuten naar Mammoth Cave National park. Slechts 15 minuten naar het National Corvette Museum, NCM Motorsports Racetrack The Rail Road museum (voor vliegtuigentreinen en autotochten) en Beech Bend splash lagune & park met Harley Drags en Drag strip. In de herfst genieten van herfstfestivals, ritten op hooi en doolhoven. Gelegen op slechts 1 uur ten noorden van Nashville. 1 uur ten zuiden van Louisville. 1 1/2 uur naar Lexington. Gunstig gelegen minuten naar lokale restaurants, supermarkten en Western Kentucky University (20 minuten). Bovendien heeft Smiths Grove een nieuw boogschietcentrum. Dit alles zorgt voor een geweldig verblijf terwijl u geniet van alle gemakken van thuis. Het huis wordt gedekt door de HomeAway boek met vertrouwen garantie! This proper was well stocked, plenty of everything including toilet paper! The grounds are beautiful as well. We stayed for WKU family weekend and it was about 20 minutes from campus. Beers were super comfy! Would definitely stay again!

This place was in the country, but not so far out that you could not get to the interstate and get to places (so close to Buc-ees!) It was quite, and off the highway. When pulling up, you don't really get a feel of how big the house is until you are inside. Seeing horses and cows around was really nice to drink your morning coffee to! Jade was a fantastic host, constantly in touch to see if we needed anything, offering places to go or see, she even offered a horse feeding experience with my 6 year old, who just loved it there! The house was roomy and clean. With clear instructions on what was where, and what to do for checkout. I could not have asked for a better place to stay!

The log cabin on the Horse ranch was fantastic. Jade the host was great to work with. She was very communicative from a week before the trip. We got all the required info to check in and plenty of options for visiting around the area. We took her advice and went for an attraction which we were not aware of. Just 25 min from Mammoth caves and Corvette museum makes it a top spot to reserve. Our kids got to view the horses early in the morning and they were thrilled 😁. The rooms were clean and plenty of towels were provided for our stay. This place can house a party of 3 families comfortably. Would recommend to anyone who is visiting Mammoth caves national park .

Family vacation

We absolutely loved the home and property! The home was so clean and stocked beyond our expectations. The owner Jade was incredible with communication and helpfulness. She even let our 16 mo old granddaughter help feed the horses. I would recommened this stay for anyone looking for a peaceful relaxing time. Close enough to all the attractions. My boys favorite was Buc-ees LOL Thanks again to Jade for helping make our family vacation enjoyable!

Beautiful area

This property is beautiful, we all wished we could stay longer and just enjoy the deck and fire pit a little more. House is very clean. Beds were comfortable. Be aware the bunk beds are not in a room, they're under the stairs, so not a lot of privacy. There were 8 of us in the house and it was snug-I don't think having the 16 it says it can accommodate would be comfortable. The owner is extra communicative. The lock on the door took a hot minute to figure out but once we did we had no issues the rest of the trip. (The owner did send a video on how to work the door). Kitchen is pretty well stocked with pots and pans, etc. I would definitely consider this property again in my future travels.

We had a great time at this location. The property was beautiful, and the house was perfect for our reunion. Relaxing break from the races

We as Sunseeker Solar Car Project annually attend a track race each summer. This year's occurred at the National Corvette Museum's Motorsports Park. The races can be very hot and exhausting as we are out in the hot 12+ hours a day each day. This VRBO served as a nice place to rest out of the sun and heat during the weeklong event! The property is very quiet and away from any major traffic, yet close enough to the highway for you to get anywhere fast. The host was very polite and accommodating and frequently checked in on us to make sure we were doing okay. If I end up back in the Smiths Grove/Bowling Green area again, I will absolutely be coming back here!

Family getaway

Great home for a family getaway. My wife, 4 teenagers had a great time and this home was perfect for us. It was very comfortable and well decorated as well as very clean. Host was fantastic and met all our needs. Location was good as we were close to Mammoth Cave and the National Corvette Museum. Many other nice attractions also. Would highly recommend this rental to anyone with a family, absolutely enjoyed the stay!

Unique country experience

Wake up to horses next door with only rollings hills and cattle in view. This lovely home is a GREAT retreat from the typical hotel stay or urban setting. Owner is very supportive and willing to offer any assistance she can to make your stay convenient and comfortable. You are 7 minutes from the new Bucc-ees, 20-ish minute from Mammoth Caves Visitor center, and 30-ish minutes from Bowling Green. The grocery store in town is lovely with wonderful service. Nice home with all the little touches to make a convenient and comfortable stay.

At Home in the Country

A great place to stay if your visiting Bowling Green. A short drive to a peaceful and picturesque setting just off of I-65. Enjoy country living in a modern log cabin with all the comforts of home. The furnishings and de-core are fitting to the countryside. The home has porches on 3 sides from which you can watch the sun rise, the sun set, or just watch the horses graze in the pasture. Your host is very friendly and makes you feel right at home.

Jade is an amazing host!

Our family group included a 4-year-old and a 1-year-old and Jade made sure we had a high chair, booster seat, and safety measures appropriate to those ages. The house was just as advertised and perfect for the 7of us. We were grateful for Jade’s suggestions regarding area attractions, given our little ones and our lack of familiarity with the local scene. The kids loved watching the horses grazing in pastures close to the house too. We had a terrific visit.

Mammoth cave weekend getaway

Great house! Very peaceful. Just a short distance from main highway and a small grocery store. Host was great with communication. We visited Mammoth Cave and Nashville during this visit. Our only complaint was the deposit took the "allowed" 4 weeks to be returned.

Thanksgiving family get away

This home worked out great for our three generations of family to meet and celebrate Thanksgiving. Jade made sure to check on anything we might need and even put up Christmas decorations for us to enjoy. Cooked a full turkey dinner and celebrated two family birthdays while we were there. Great location to visit Mammoth Caves and the surrounding area. The beds are all very comfortable and the main bedroom is beautiful and huge. It worked as a separate movie room for grandma and the kids while grandpa watched football. We had a great time. Thank you for your hospitality.
