'The house is clean, simple and just enough.'

'a little hard to find: hint, look for the address on the garbage cans, because the addresses get a bit wonky further down the block, but this is a lovely spot on the north shore if all you're looking for is a clean bed on a quiet street, and the two bedrooms are so much better for friends or families than would be two rooms in the hotel by the highway -- oh, and there's a nice bagel place just north of the Starbucks on the corner of 25A'

'The place was lovely and well appointed.. Beds were comfy. The spiral staircase was a bit tight to maneuver but location was perfect. It was a great spot for us, close to family in Sound Beach and Miller Place.'

'Cozy Cottage #3 is exactly that! The cottage was perfect for summer getaway with hubby and two dogs. The cottage had all the amenities we needed-full kitchen, tub/shower, good sized bedroom, and comfortable living room. The backyard was fully fenced so we had no worries about the dogs wandering off after the turkeys we saw strutting down the road. Our stay was stress free due to easy checking in and out and responsiveness of our host Rob. We will definitely book again. '

'We have rented a number of places on VRBO and this is our favorite. It was charming, clean and spacious. We don't have small children but if we did this would be perfect with a game room downstairs and an outdoor playhouse. Would definitely return! '
