'This is the best hotel choice in Leavenworth! Clean, cool, pet friendly, good price, comfortable room and space, nice employees. The bathroom was beauitful, the bed and kitchen comfy and usable, the available coffee very handy. If you must stay at a hotel with the "free" breakfast (for almost twice the price), go for it. But for us The Leavenworth Local is the only place to stay! '

'I stayed here with six friends and it was perfect for everything we wanted! If offers plenty of space, is in the perfect location, was extremely clean, and offered a truly unique, amazing experience for a long weekend getaway. The views from the rooftop are unmatched too! I really appreciate the host, he was very communicative and made it a great experience. Highly recommend, I hope to stay here again. '

The kitchen with its huge stove made it easy for us to make delicious big meals for our family of 13. The beds were so comfortable, and all of the places we visited were less than a 15 minute drive. 'Enjoyed our stay. Property was as pictured. Loved they had box fans in both rooms. The washer and dryer were a nice amenity. We were able to find free parking on the street in front of the property. Only hiccup we had was our code for the building didn’t work upon arrival and it took the 24/7 concierge service over an hour to get us a code that worked. Our room code worked right away! Definitely loved our stay!'

'We were in Kansas for 6 days for a travel softball tournament. We needed plenty of space to relax as well as a kitchen and laundry room to wash stinky uniforms. The beds were comfy, the bathrooms were clean, the house was spacious, the patio was nice and the location was pretty central to everything we needed in Overland Park, Lenexa & the fields near the airport. 'We were there about 5 days and were very pleased with our decision to do so. The property is quaint and comfortable with everything we needed. The host was very kind and interested in our well being while we were there. The drive to Kansas City every day was pleasant and very manageable. We will choose this location again when we return to this area.'

'This place was great. It came with its own parking spot and was close to all the speakeasys bars, food and fun. The bed was also super comfy memory foam which is very important to me. '

'I needed a place close to the stadium and this fit the bill perfectly. I apparently didn’t throughly read the description that my unit was upstairs but that wasn’t a problem. I had difficulty getting the gate code to work, but Willy came right over and all was well. The place was perfect for me. As for other reviews, I did not have any ant problems and the place was clean. Being from So. CA I loved the hundreds of fireflies at dusk. I would recommend. Just be aware of it being upstairs. '
