'Not a new cookie cutter hotel, but an authentic carefully managed property with a personal touch. We especially enjoyed the comfort of the lobby where you can use your hotel room card to purchase a glass of wine or a 2 oz shot of booze. The name may be nordic, but I would call it Bavarian. The door in the bathroom was solid wood and the ceiling was wood. The breakfast room was thoughfully organized and the free breakfast was about as good as you can get without a cook. We live in Colorado...

'The staff was so helpful. Our room did not have the view we expected and they generously accomodated our request to change rooms. They even moved our bags for us while we were out. The new room was fantastic! The staff also helped us figure out the transportation options. The hotel was always very clean and in great condition!'

'The staff were absolutely amazing and made our experience the best it could have been. The hotel is very nice. We found a few dust bunnies in our room so I would have liked to see that be better. Also, we would love to have more options of food in the restaurant. I understand the hotel is going through some renovations soon so that may clear up some of these little issues.'
