Please note: For Guests booking directly through VRBO or our website, a $250 pre-authorization hold will be placed on your credit card on the day of arrival. This is not a charge—just a temporary hold that will be released after your departure once housekeeping confirms the unit is in good order. Please note if you are booking through Airbnb or VRBO: There is a non-refundable fee of $100 (plus tax) per dog. Airbnb and VRBO only calculate one dog fee regardless of how many dogs you are bringing. If you are bringing more than one dog, please let us know right away so we can add a fee to your invoice of $100 (plus tax) per dog beyond your first dog.

Outside, enjoy family-friendly amenities including pickleball, basketball, tennis, a playground, picnic area, shared fire pit, and even a bike wash station for your next mountain adventure.

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
Once you come back up on the Powderidge lift, you can access the Shamrock complex which is about 500 feet.
Bikes are allowed on the property but only in the mudroom.
No smoking or vaping is allowed in the unit.
PARKING: Free parking is available in front of the property and is limited to automobiles, station wagons, SUVs, and pick-up trucks. Parking for larger trucks, recreational vehicles, or trailers is prohibited.
