'The grounds are well kept, the outdoor pool was very comfortable. The location is perfect, you are surrounded by all the best restaurants, NH attractions and beautiful mountains. The staff were very accommodating to my minor issues. The rooms have everything you need, I was surprised to find a well stocked kitchen, I could have prepared Thanksgiving dinner in these rooms. definitely recommend a stay here, you wont regret it.'

'Geweldig appartement. Ruim ingericht, schoon, netjes en van al het gemak voorzien. Wij waren er in April, buiten de schoolvakantie (US) en buiten het skiseizoen, dan is het wat afgelegen en niet druk bezet. Jammer dat het zwembad en de hot tub niet open was - alleen te reserveren 24u van te voren) maar het appartement voelde als thuis komen. Heel fijn ook dat er een wasmachine en droger was inclusief twee zakjes met waspoeder zodat je niet nog apart wasmiddel moet aanschaffen. Zeker in het...

'This was our second stay at this wonderful home and it likely won’t be our last! The house is situated perfectly for a wonderful weekend away in the whites! Close by to hiking trails, breweries, and great restaurants, and in a very quiet neighborhood! The house was clean and comfortable and all we could have asked for! '

'We had a great vacation on Jaybird Pond, swimming, kayaking, hiking and making family memories. Renters should know that the property does not have running water or electricity. The property managers help you figure out how to boil the pond water and use the propane lamps. If you’re willing to rough it, you can’t beat the experience of having your own pond. '

'Great rental property. Brand new condition with all the amenities. Great for couples or families. Close to all the restaurants and shops. Easy drive to StoryLand and Santa’s Village. We book rentals over hotels due to the space. This is one of the best units we have stayed in. '

This place has all the basics you need for making great food, playing table games, reading and relaxing outside, and talking by a campfire. "Our experience was a mixed bag. Check in was good; the British lady was lovely and friendly. The room was nice and spacious and everything was clean and functional. However, the floors are made of wood and carry a lot of noise. We had a family with small children staying in the room above ours and it was like a herd of elephants was stomping around up there. The pool and hot tubs could do with a good scrubbing. The water in the pool was mucky and not very inviting. All went southways however when the fire alarm sounded a 7 AM in the morning. All the guests left their room and gathered outside but THERE WAS NO STAFF IN SIGHT. No one told us what was going on or what we were supposed to do. When we made a complaint about the poor communication around the fire alarm when we checked out the guy at the counter didn't even bother to look at me. It was a very disappointing ending to what otherwise had been a pretty decent experience. Do better! "

"Dit hotel is werkelijk fantastisch. Het is volgens mij redelijk nieuw. De kamers zijn ruim en teven voorzien van een keuken met werkelijk alles. Het personeel is super vriendelijk en het ontbijt is zeer uitgebreid voor Amerikaanse begrippen. "
