I found this one after noticing the prices increased on the other 2 properties right after I inquired about them. I am glad they increased b/c I found this GREAT property! The rental company made me feel welcomed, promptly answered questions, very pleasant and kept in contact to make certain everything was fine with my stay. 'Close to ocean with beautiful view. Building itself was safe, however the walk a block away to parking garage at night was a little sketchy . At checkout time, there was zero luggage carts available and no parking in loading area. Had to park in an alley, and frantically carry bags down by hand to make the check out time . A warning for future people to plan on leaving 2-3 hours early would be helpful. Beach time was great, the umbrella rental was simple. '

'This is the one. This condo was absolutely beautiful! The updates in the unit were tastefully done and love the cabinet colors. My friend and I were only able to stay for the weekend, however it was well worth the visiit. The owner Sarah was exceptional with providing information for the condo as well as good recommendations to eat as well. The beach/ocean view was phenomenal.'
