'Il faut absolument savoir que suite à un éboulement de terrain la belle piscine et le bain chaud sont fermés pour une durée indéterminée car une partie de la terrasse est tombée et pour ne pas que la piscine tombe aussi on m'a informé qu'elle avait été vidée (on m'a dit que l'incident est arrivé il y a environ 1 mois) et une grande partie de la belle terrasse extérieure est aussi inaccessible pour des raisons de sécurité. 'Check in was 1 hour 15 late. They keep telling us 15 mins but the room hadn’t started being cleaned at check in. Wasn’t told we needed dinner reservations so we didn’t have dinner there the first night. Many guests had that complaint. The property is beautiful but the staff lied to us and many guests about check in. It would have been better to just tell us the truth. We could have made better use of the time.'
