🥾 Hike Bentley Bond’s Trail: From Sodus Point, drive south on NY-14S. After about 2.5 miles, at the top of a hill, turn left onto Red Mill Road. Directly after crossing the bridge at the bottom of the hill, 0.4 miles from NY-14, a small sign on the left marks the trailhead ~ 5-minute drive.

Guests will have access to units 2,3,4 and 5 with the exception of any locked spaces in the units. Guests will have access to the outdoor firepit but be sure to bring your own firewood! Guests will have access to four designated parking spots on the property. Public parking is abundant and just a short walk away.

PLEASE READ - This listing includes four separate apartments rented together as one. When booking the "whole house," you will have access to all four units, which are easily accessible to one another. You will be the only short-term renter on the premises.

As you prepare to leave, please lock any keys (if applicable) and the smart lock for home security. Load all used dishes into the dishwasher and start a cycle to help our cleaners prepare for the next guest.

❄️ Check Thermostats and AC Units:
For summer stays, turn off the AC units before leaving. For winter stays, set the heat to 60 degrees. A quick check of these settings helps maintain comfort for future guests.
