Kort verblijf ivm nabijheid vliegveld. Inchecken duurt een eeuwigheid, te weinig personeel. Beetje vreemd, want dat lijkt me gemakkelijk in te schatten. Kamer prima, van alle gemakken voorzien. Douchen in bad is achterhaald, lastig en gevaarlijk. Dit vond ik ver beneden peil

reliable airport hotel
Vladi, the receptionist is the best! He knows how to spell the word SERVICE by taking care of you the way you expect to be taken care of is an airport hotel. He arranged a free taxi to the airport as the free shuttle was in use already by other guests. Easy access to the hotel, the rooms are clean, breakfast with everything you need/wish for. I recommend you stay there everytime you need tostay close to Sofia airport.

Staff was unable to provide a final bill or just a bill for room service. The restaurant sent us a meal we did not order. Check in was poor based on staff’s attitude. My wife is Bulgarian so it wasn’t a difference in culture situation in both situations above. The A/C in the room didn’t work which put the room temp around 80 degrees. We just finished 17 hrs of flying so we didn’t ask to change rooms. No breakfast room service was available although room service is advertised. We will not stay at this hotel again. In fact, the other stay reserved at this facility has been canceled.

This property was pretty dirty and unwelcoming. Despite confirming my picking from the airport, the so called airport shuttle was nowhere to be found. It was difficult to check in as there was no one at the front desk. I wish my husband and I had picked a different place to stay at. What a shame.

Modern hotel. Very uncomfortable beds! Had a crowned mattress and very squeaky. Woke up and felt like I had a Sump wrestler on my back. The AC was weak. Was 25 in the room and the front desk would not answer their phone. Opened the window which let in cool air, but the airport noise was loud. Overall definitely not worth the money to stay here. Find another place!!!

We stayed in this hotel in early April when Sofia was already experiencing a few weeks of unseasonably hot weather. Our room was facing west, getting a lot of afternoon heat from the sun. The thermostat in the room did not seem to be working - we were unable to cool the room. When we inquired, we were advised that the temperature was controlled for the entire building and was set to heat and would not be changed over for a few more weeks. We were told to open the window, which was facing the highway. Not only did it not cool the room down but it was very loud and dusty. The road from the hotel to the airport is a dirt road. There was no fan in the room or the bathroom. No soap or shampoo was provided. No hair-dryer. There is a parking garage below the hotel that was very dark and felt unsafe. This was the worst hotel experience in a long time. This is meant to be a 4-star hotel but I would say 2-star is a more likely rating. We chose it with the goal to get a solid sleep before an all day flight the next day. We were unable to sleep at all due to the excessive heat.
