Affordable private room in central Sofia—perfect if you’re booking for location and a beautiful view, not extra amenities. Bright space with a king-size bed, desk, and clothing rack. Large window faces Borisova Gradina and Eagle Bridge (Orlov Most). Shared, lockable bathroom shared with two other private rooms. Fast Wi-Fi, easy self check-in, and just a short walk to the metro with direct airport access.
I’m always reachable online.
Set right by Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”, this is one of Sofia’s most iconic and lively central areas — where grand early-20th-century architecture, student energy, and everyday local life all mix together.
Even though you’re in the city centre, the neighbourhood feels surprisingly balanced. Within a short walk you’ve got calmer spots like the National Library, the Botanic Garden, and the start of Borisova Gradina — perfect for a morning walk, a coffee break, or a little escape into greenery.
Culture is everywhere here. You’re close to landmarks like Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, the National Gallery, and the Bulgarian National Theatre, plus plenty of exhibitions and events throughout the year.
Food-wise, it’s easy. The streets nearby are packed with everything from quick cafés and bakeries to classic Bulgarian places and international options. And if you want shopping or nightlife, Vitosha Boulevard is within easy reach for boutiques, bars, and a proper evening stroll.
Getting around is effortless too — you’ve got metro, trams, and buses close by, so this spot works as a perfect base for exploring the whole city.
Guests will have a private room, with a door that can be locked from both the inside and outside.
You’ll be staying in a private room in a simple, budget-friendly home — best for guests who care most about an unbeatable central location and a great view, rather than lots of extras.
The room is bright and sunny and has what you need for a comfortable stay: a king-size bed with a proper mattress, a clothing rack with hangers, and a desk that works well for both working and dining.
Important: the bathroom is shared with two other private rooms (3 rooms total). It’s lockable, so you’ll have privacy while you’re using it.
The best part? The large window overlooks Borisova Gradina Park and Eagle Bridge (Orlov Most) — a rare mix of greenery + city centre right outside.
You’ll also have Wi-Fi and easy self check-in. And the metro is right nearby, with a direct connection from Sofia Airport.
If you want, I can also give you a 1–2 line “top-of-listing” opener (the first lines guests see) that makes the shared bathroom impossible to miss without sounding negative.
You’re right in Sofia’s true city centre, with a metro station just a short walk away — and the best part is that it’s on a line that connects directly to Sofia Airport, so arriving is quick and stress-free.
From the flat, you can easily reach most major sights on foot (parks, museums, the main shopping streets, cafés, and restaurants). If you’d rather use public transport, you’ll have metro, trams, and buses nearby, making it easy to get anywhere in the city.
Taxis and ride-hailing are also easy to find in this area, and because the location is so central, most rides are short and affordable.
