'Wow, the perfect beach front condo. Unbelievable views, awesome property, couldn't be more happy with our stay. Everything you could possibly need is there. Only gripes would be poor water pressure, master bed a little too firm, and going up the stairs from beach is a serious workout. But this is all forgotten, and more made up for by the magnificence of this condo, and its location.'

'Great communication. The house is exactly as described. Beautiful views from the deck and living room. Hot tub was an added bonus. Definitely retro, like someone’s well preserved 70’s cabin. Be aware of the very steep driveway and dirt road to get to the house. Otherwise great stay!'

'Our family of 5 vacationed here over the July 4th holiday. Plenty of spots on the beach (especially since sand was added to extend the shoreline) and Del Mar Fair fireworks were a short walk away. The property is very conveniently located on the complex, right by the entrance gate, pickleball courts, pool & jacuzzi! Beds were comfortable, shower items were appreciated and we liked having the smart TVs for casting. Plenty of info in the house binder, which came in handy when we apparently tripped...

'The house exceeded all of our expectations. The location is outstanding - right on a bluff overlooking the beach and ocean - and right between the park leading down to the beach and a set of stairs to the sand. When you enter the home, the view of the ocean through the wall of glass in the back will take your breath away - it's that awesome. 'We visited with our two small kids and had a wonderful stay. The place is beautiful, clean, and perfectly situated for the type of vacation we wanted. 'Even better than advertised! Lovely interiors with a breezy beachy feel, perfect for its location. The unit is just a quick walk from the front door to the ocean front. There are two pools, we frequented one of them with a hot tub and plenty of deck chairs to lay in the sun. 'Many families with our soccer team group were in the same complex and we had the best space by far! Very clean, fully equipped, and comfy beds. Even the pullout couch bed was nice. We were able to cook for 15-20 easily. So many good food places within walking distance.
