'I judge a hotel on the attention to detail of cleanliness in the bathroom. The sink overflow hole should be addressed (no mold or debris) and the shower edges that meet the floor, at the wall and glass door.

'Great location; excellent service. Hotel had a restaurant but it would have been nice to have free lobby coffee. Also, I would have had a nightcap at the bar but it was lit up like a Christmas tree. No one wants to sit at a bar under a spotlight.'

'We had a great stay! The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. While the sofa bed wasn’t the most comfortable, that’s to be expected. The bathroom featured a warm toilet seat with a bidet, and the shower had excellent water pressure. Indoor parking was a major convenience. Best of all, communication with the host team was prompt, friendly, and professional. Highly recommend this place!'

'The Inn is stunning. Very much a Luxury BnB! Terrific location, we walked to the museums, local churches, restaurants, etc. The staff were wonderful, helping us with everything. Nice to grab a glass of wine, or two, (provided by the Inn) in the afternoon on the outdoor deck after a day of playing tourist. The breakfasts were superb and much more than we expected. Definitely the place to stay when you are in the Pittsburgh region!'

'This property was a short walk from family as we came for a funeral. Also near several miles of walking near the university and river area. Convenient with the kitchen for us, and there's a dishwasher. Big one bedroom apartment was relaxing vs a hotel. Communication via text for the access code was seamless. '

'The hotel itself was different from what I’m used to and I think that’s what drew me in. Loved the large windows and the views if the city. Loved the king bed and how simple the room was. Perfect for a quick trip but would be a great option for an extended one as well since there were many walkable options and travel by car was quick too. Will definitely seek out Kasa hotels in the future!'
