Central Soldotna welcomes you to this charming downstairs townhouse unit in the Kenai Peninsula. Since the river is just across the street, it will be easy to grab a coffee first thing in the morning, fish all afternoon, then walk to a local cafe for a tasty meal. 

While relaxing at the townhome, you'll be able to claim one of the leather sofas in the living room. Endless streaming entertainment awaits using the flat-screen TV with Netflix and a plethora of Alaska books to educate you for your best Alaskan adventure. 

Cook up the catch of the day in the fully equipped kitchen. Don't forget to fire up the charcoal grill to slow-cook the perfect entree.

Wind down the evening as you sway in the hammock in the large backyard. Or get a fire started at the shared fire pit - the ideal place for roasting s'mores with family & friends! 

For families traveling with kids there are two parks within a block from the residence. The yard is a large private area at the end of a dead end street and is safe for kids of all ages. There are plenty of toys on the property to keep your little ones occupied for your stay...or if your a big kid at heart and enjoy lincoln logs and legos, this place is for you. There is something for everyone! We have a few scooters and smaller bikes if the littles want to ride around the property.

Another day in the Last Frontier calls for a restful night's sleep, so mozy onto one of the 7 foam topper beds and dream of catching that trophy salmon. Or challenge your group in a little friendly competition by playing a board game. Share a few laughs or tears in the theatre adventures of a movie. There is lots to do to bring your family together at this conveniently located hot spot!

Guests have access to a fully stocked kitchen for all your cooking and chowing needs; a shared washer and dryer; Netflix/Hulu/various streaming avenues; a classic book collection; a shared charcoal BBQ; firepit; hammock; lots of engaging toys for the little ones; board games; fishing gear......and a large stand-up freezer to store all your fresh Alaskan tasty treats!!!

Single-seat pontoons with 30lob thrust minnekota motors are available to rent for those looking to explore the Kenai River solo. We offer pick-up and drop-off to river launch sites of your choosing. Safety equipment and life jackets are also provided.

If cruising around town on one of the many bike paths or nature trails, bikes are available to rent at Beemuns, which is about two blocks away. Tsalteshi trail system is a great place to experience trail riding or for the extremist, a well-maintained single track mountain biking trail.

There is a walking trail from the property that brings you to the hub of Soldonta, including Sportsmans Warehouse, Safeway, the Peninsula Center Mall, Mcdonalds, Kaladi Brothers Coffee, Wilderness Way and Subway.

Maybe archery is your thing and you would like to mosey to Northern Simulators Archery Pro Shop for the area's only simulated indoor archery range. Or for the ladies coming up, maybe a trip to the quilting/fabric shop or yarn shop is more your style.

The host lives on site at the adjacent property so if you are in need of a cup of sugar or bbq sauce, we are here to accomodate and make your stay as comfortable as possible.

With a little bit of notice on your arrival I can be here to give you a warm welcome to Alaska and provide you with plenty of tips on local hot spots to help make your trip as enjoyable and memorable! I am connected to a few different fishing and adventure guide services, as well as many fun community activities! You tell me what you're likes and interests are with notice and I will do whatever I can to point you in the right direction!

The property is a fairly secluded lot surrounded by trees but accessible to all things (URL HIDDEN) just a walk away! Enjoy relaxing in a hammock in the sun, a game of badminton, a smore around the fire or bbq during your time at the property while the kids ride bikes safely around the area. A comfortable, relaxing place to be when you are not out adventuring around the beautiful Kenai Peninsula!

We do not have a reliable public transportation system other than taxi services but this place is very conveniently located within walking or biking distance of everything (restaurants, shopping, the Kenai River, bars, churches, sporting goods stores, parks..whatever you need to have a good time in our little town!)

The only rule is to be to be respectful of the surroundings and behave unlike a pack of rabid wolves and more like a flock of happy sheep. Drinking is acceptable, tearing the house apart is not--meaning no fighting, breaking things, punching walls, ...basically no fraternity house behaviors! And no smoking inside but there is a fantastic fire pit and hammock to enjoy all your smoking needs.
