I know there are 3 keybox cabinets in the lobby and we have an image in our arrival packet to designate the cabinet corresponding to your retrieval with a red arrow on it. Hi Kim, Thanks for the flattering 5 star review. We really appreciate it! FYI: The condo buildings no longer have ice machines, but their remains a complimentary ice machine right next door to us in the Inn, that guests are most welcome to use.

Hi Kaye, sorry you didn’t realize you booked our studio unit and not our full 1 BR unit. The studio is clearly described as well as the mini fridge/freezer microwave, coffee maker and Toaster and as you now realize the pics also show these details. Please if you need a full 1 BR with a kitchen in the future you can find our 1 BR at property # 4456273. Hi Deborah, Thx for the feedback. Housekeeping leaves basic utensils for studio guests as the studio is not set up for true cooking of meals, just warming and heating of food, toast, coffee and tea and cold snacks. We also have a full 1 and a 2BR unit which have full kitchens for guests who cook their meals and they are well equipped with all cooking utensils. Also our quests who have compared prices realizes we are the most competitive and value priced for all of our ski in out units as they all are premium units, newly renovated with super comfortable bedding and furnishings and modern appliances and stunning village and Mountain View’s. We receive 5 star ratings consistently and if a guest contacts us during their stay for any particular item, we are there to provide it for them. Happy trails back home and consider our larger units for a futures stay! Gene

Thanks so much for the feedback. As you know there is a definite scalable difference between the studio and our 1BR with full kitchen and this is also reflected in the rates. We have checked out alternate coffee makers but we must be mindful of our housekeeping staff and remain consistant with the standard in the resort as staff cannot expected to be familiar with cleaning and maintenance of every style of coffeemaker. If it was me, I would put in an Expresso / Cappuccino machine! As you may have realized we do offer upgrades where we can such as 600 count cotton linens, comfortable pillows and bedding, and HD TV with DVD as well as wifi internet. We do make it very clear to our guests in our description that we do not offer a kitchen nor a balcony in the studio and we compare the studio to a typical hotel suite. This is exactly what we get in our room when we stay at the Seattle Four Seasons suite. We offer an incredibly affordable ski in/out room for 2 or 3, with great location and views with the expectation the guests will be dining at one of the many on mountain or nearby restaurant options and uses the fridge for drinks and snacks and the microwave for heating up precooked items. If a guest seeks more than that, the 1BR is the way to go. We hope we can accommodate you next time in our 1BR with full kitchen or even our 2BR if you return with others!
