'Nice hotel, fine rooms. Very nice bed. Friendly staff. Did not experience the city.'

'Douche was uitstekend. Matras was oncomfortabel, voelde duidelijk de binnenvering.'

'I would like to say that this hotel needs renovation of the rooms. Customer service somewhat impaired by refusal for early check in and lunch service before noon.. '

'Very beautiful small B&B type hotel. Very nice outdoor settings and gardens, ideal for a few days stay in summer. Room very clean and comfy with extra's. Bathroom immaculate. Stunning breakfast room serving top breakfast. Very friendly and accomodating hosts, freshly brewed coffee and cupcakes on arrival. In short: Perfect stay, 10/10'

'Says on website on site parking did not see any'

'Lovely big bathroom , very comfortable bed. Parking wasn’t a problem at all as parking right outside on the street .'

'Liked how the staff upgraded us and were responsive to our feedback. Liked the bed and linen, and how, mostly, the apartment was clean. Liked how Oulton Broad North railway station was walkable, and how room 11 has a parking space - if hard to find and quite tight. The place was good value. Not so good: There was a stained grey rug in the living area that needs replacing. We didn’t have a tea towel or oven gloves until we asked. There was no bath mat - and not enough hooks to hang towels on.'

'Good... but it can be better.'

'Very characterful and unique - little bits of history all over the place, and nice big sitting rooms to relax in.'

'Service throughout stay was very good, check in quick and with no issues. Room spacious and had all the amenities required. Breakfast and restaurant meals very good with great selection for both.'

'We hardly had any pressure and hot water in the shower. They had no probleem to move us to another room, which was okay. Shower cabin is a bit small for large people. Great location, though, friendly staff, there was a fridge and even a microwave. Wouldn't mind going there again.'

'This hotel is very well situated, the parking is a bonus and the views from the restaurant are stunning. The food was well cooked and the waiting staff were very friendly and helpful. We appreciated the age of the building and the reason why there was no lift but we struggled somewhat to lug two suitcases up to the top floor as our room was in the converted attic. The view from the room was great and the room itself was spacious, it could have benefited from a fridge and some of the roller...

'Very nice room (just need more attention to cleaning the floors) and good burger meal in the pub - thank you!'

'The room was very warm even with the windows open as it was at the top of the property. A room fan was provided but it meant that there was a constant noise when it was on. The breakfast was really nice.'
