'The room was spacious, and provides was a complimentary breakfast and beverages to drink.
The ensuite is a nice large size.
Car parking can be a bit of a squeeze if there are guests with cars staying in all of the flats.
There was good friendly communication with the owner most of the time.
The WiFi was working, but for some reason not the smart TV. Maybe a previous guest messed it up.
The house is on a good bus route, with a stop across the road and regular buses into Derby city...

'Behind the black iron door there is a lovely well equipped cottage. The best thing is that it is right in the middle of Cheadle and at the same time a quite retreat, the best of both. We are not the absolute nature lovers, but made trips tot Birmingham, Manchester and Liverpool. Close enough for a days visit. But we explored the Peak district as well. We did Buxton and Ashbourne and Leek too.
We find the cottage very cosy. We didn’t miss a thing. Everything was there, including good Wifi.'

'We had a wonderful stay at this lovely cottage. Everything was spotless and beautifully presented, and the heating was already on when we arrived which made it feel instantly welcoming. The host communicated brilliantly throughout and made everything very easy. The cottage had every amenity you could need, with thoughtful touches like coffee, tea, biscuits, milk, and even board games. The location was perfect as well, right next to the pub. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again!'

'The property was easily located with free parking steps away.
The place was cosy & perfect for an overnight stay, catching up with friends. We had everything we needed, we were warm & very comfortable.
The host was quick to answer my queries & although the listing was slightly incorrect, Stephen sorted it out immediately. Thank you.'

'This hotel far exceeded our expectations it was more like a mini resort and wished we could have stayed longer than the 3 nights.. perfect for exploring the local attractions and only 40-45mins to Alton Towers.
The room we had was a 2 bed apartment in the main building, which was much bigger than the photos.
The amenities were awesome and there’s a range of free activities and entertainment that was put on whilst we were there.
The staff were also amazing, we will be back for sure :-)'
