Lake Front Home met Community Boat Ramp. Dicht bij jachthavens en de stad maar toch privé.

Ruim nieuw gerenoveerd meerhuis aan het prachtige Lake Cumberland met uitzicht op naaldpunt. Huis beschikt over 2 slaapkamers (koningin in master, stapelbedden in de 2e slaapkamer, een slaapbank in de woonkamer) 1 bad en accommodatie voor 6 personen. Ruime parkeergelegenheid. Ruimte voor het hele gezin of gezellig genoeg voor een romantisch uitje. Boothelling / lancering binnen enkele minuten zodat u het allemaal op het meer kunt doen; boot, ski, vis, wakeboard, buis of gewoon vrienden ontmoeten. De boothelling van de gemeenschap heeft voldoende parkeergelegenheid, zodat u het meer op elk moment van de dag kunt bereiken. Lee's Ford en Burnside Marinas, twee van de grootste van Lake Cumberland, liggen op 15 minuten rijden.

Als u echter liever gewoon wilt ontspannen, geniet u van het enorme terras met uitzicht op het meer. Het huis is gelegen in de kustlijn bomen die het meer omringen met een ongelooflijk uitzicht vanuit de master suite, keuken en woonkamer. Geniet van het kijken naar vogels en dieren in het wild of lees je favoriete roman. We hebben geprobeerd te voorzien in al uw behoeften, inclusief kabel-tv, wifi, volledig uitgeruste keuken en alle beddengoed. Grote gas grill en dineren op het dek.

Leuke restaurants, winkels (Kroger Marketplace, TJMaxx, Mall) en golf allemaal binnen 15 minuten rijden. Somerset organiseert Somernites Cruise car show april-oktober en het Master Musicians festival in juli, naast vele andere evenementen. Verken Cumberland Falls, Stearns spoorweg en andere attracties in de buurt.
Onze rustige locatie en prachtig uitzicht zullen u niet teleurstellen!

Making Memories

My sister and I, along with our husbands, took our parents for three nights to spend time with one another and look back at all of our summer memories spent on Lake Cumberland. Hosts, Linda and Robin, helped make our stay comfortable and relaxing in their beautiful, clean lake cabin. The view of the lake was phenomenal!We are so thankful we booked early. Recommendations will definitely be given for this place to family and friends, with us planning to return ourselves!

Perfect little getaway

The property perfect for my wife and I! With the open kitchen to the living room to the view of the lake, we loved the charm and feel! We spent a lot of time on the big balcony just relaxing with the view of the lake, surrounded by trees, and very private. We’ll definitely try to go back soon!

We had a great time in this clean, cozy cottage. Views were great, beds were comfy, and location was serene, yet still close to town. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was some deferred maintenance - slider from master to deck was difficult to open/close. Deadbolts on door from living room to deck wouldn't open once locked. Lots of dead branches overhanging deck (one came down right next to us while we were there. Host is super conscientious, so sure it will be fixed for next guest.

Cute cabin with nice view

We enjoyed our stay at this cute cabin with a great view located close to town. The hosts were excellent at communication and responded quickly. The deck is the focal point and is great for sitting out and admiring the water, enjoying an evening fire or cooking out dinner. My only complaint is in sleeping comfort. The bed in the main bedroom was so hard the first night that we switched to the other bedroom the second night. In that room, the bed was much better, but the window blind is too small to keep the light out. If you’re a person that likes dark, make sure to bring an eye mask. On a final note, we did take a 17’ Bass boat to this property. As others have mentioned, this is not the ideal property for boats. It was very tricky backing the boat down to the property and then fitting it snug in front of the area you have to park. We were able to do it, but be advised you do not want to turn down to pull into the property or you will have to back out on the main road turn around and back the boat back down. We had to do that, and I had to exit the car and try to guide my husband. Unfortunately, in the process, I stepped in a drainage hole and injured my ankle. Thank God they had a First Aid kit in the house!

Great Cabin with Beautiful Lake View

If you are looking for a quiet get away, time on a shady deck, and a view of the lake this is your place! Had everything we needed and what a scenic drive through the country side and farmland to get there. Nice to have the fire pit and grill on the deck. Comfy furniture, the bathroom was in great condition just needs some towel hooks. While the view was beautiful, unfortunately the storms of the past year, have left the woods between the cabin and the lake needing a lot of clean up and attention. Thank you for offering this g great place for rental.

This is a real nice house. It was clean and had all we needed. We loved spending time on the wonderful deck enjoying the wonderful view and quiet. The location is close enough to town. Great trip!!

This is our second time staying here and loved it!! Very relaxing and we enjoyed our week. Plenty of room for our JetSkis and the location of the dock just a couple of minutes away was great. After spending all day on the lake it was nice to come home and grill out. See you next year!!
