I stayed here for 5 nights with my wife and my one-year-old and unfortunately the experience fell far short of expectations.
The main issue: a faulty, extremely loud AC unit. From the very first night, the AC in our room was making a continuous, disruptive noise — loud enough to disturb sleep for the entire family, including my infant. We reported it, and while a technician did come to inspect, the problem was never resolved. The noise continued for the remainder of our 5-night stay.
What frustrated me most was the response when I asked to change rooms. I was told no other rooms were available — yet when I checked the hotel’s own website in real time, rooms clearly showed as available. That kind of inconsistency is very difficult to accept, especially when you’re travelling with a young child who genuinely could not sleep due to the noise. It felt like a dismissal rather than a genuine attempt to help.
Travelling with a baby already comes with its challenges. A hotel stay is supposed to provide some rest and comfort. Instead, five nights of broken sleep for my little one and no meaningful solution offered by the staff made this a deeply disappointing stay.
I hope management takes maintenance issues and guest concerns — especially those involving infants — more seriously. I would not return or recommend it to anyone until I see evidence that these concerns are genuinely addressed.
