The location of this Mallorca villa is in the beautiful hills on the north east coast of the island and only a short distance from local beaches. This contemporary style villa with its clean lines, white exterior and green formal gardens contrasts perfectly with the surrounding natural landscape. The views towards the sea are uninterrupted from the villa’s focal point, the large infinity pool.



Villa Son Sard has been recently built and provides a modern luxury villa in Mallorca offering accommodation for up to 12 people – with 6 bedrooms in the main house. The first floor of Villa Son Sard comprises: two double master bedrooms with en-suite, one with bath and shower the other with shower only, both have spacious terraces overlooking the pool. On the ground floor you will find open plan dining and sitting area on one side of this villa, and on the opposite side are five further bedrooms, each with private bathrooms (all with shower) – 3 twin/double and 2 twins, living room with beautiful art pieces, open plan fully equipped kitchen and fireplace.



The villa is offers terraces on both sides of the long pool facing the sea with Barbecue area and table for 16 people. The saltwater swimming pool has an infra-red security alarm and measures approx. 21 m. long and 4 m. wide and faces the sea and it is not heated. The gardens surrounding this villa in Mallorca are majority fenced.



Please be aware:

- a booking fee of 150 EUR will be charged on every booking

- when booking you will be subject to pay the Balearic ecotax of 2.20 EUR per night per person

- a refundable breakage deposit, the amount of which is property related, will also be required when booking

- pool heating: if available and desired at the property an additional 500 EUR will be charged
