1. Wir versuchten wenige Minuten nach der Buchung ein Storno, weil wir sahen, dass es 1:15 von chiang rai entfernt ist und sich lediglich in der region Chiang Rai befindet. Das Hotel hat den Storno verweigert. Ist ihr gutes Recht, daher auch nur erwähnt, damit andere den Fehler nicht machen. Geht nicht in meine Bewertung ein.

'This was an amazing hotel. We felt like we were island princesses among the flora and fauna. Every single view from this hotel looks like a National Geographic cover. The staff was also amazing. We went during low season and got a free upgrade to the white room with the pool which was amazing. They also automatically moved our checkin to a later time. The service was great and they were super helpful with organizing day trips and drivers. 10/10 recommend '

'The staff at this hotel was incredible. They were so helpful with making taxi reservations and answering my questions about the neighborhood. They were able to understand my broken Thai, and one guy spoke English really well. I was a little disappointed in the room through. The bathroom floor was wet and the toilet cover was off. Which was a problem because the flusher was connected to it. The mattress was pretty comfortable, which is rare in Thailand,but the pillow was kind of hard.'

'This is a budget hotel - so don`t expect anything more. It is good value for money and in a location about 10 - 15 minutes walk from Chiang Saen centre. There are no cafes close to the hotel so be prepared to walk or take a ride to the centre of Chiang Saen. The staff are friendly and helpful.'

My only issue was the directions provided when using the Expedia App and choosing Google Maps; I was directed to the Property across the Street. The Hotel has no Signage on that Street. The entrance is from the other side of the Property.
Something to discuss with the Owner.
Other that that small “Hiccup”; I thoroughly enjoyed my stay.'
