'This place is great... owners are great people plenty of room in the house. Being 3 levels with garage and a yard.. very nice layout we had 2 adults and 4 kids and it felt just like home not a hotel being cramped up.. would definitely go back there is some beautiful scenery around the area'

'Well maintained, staff were very couteous and mini golf was quite fun. We stayed in the farm house that can accomodate upto 12 guests (4 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms), the house was decorated with antique/rusty tools that gave it a unique character,kids loved it!! Overall it was a fun experience.'

'The property is an affordable option if you want to visit New River Gorge and not pay hundreds per night at the resort or tent camp in order to do so. For the price you get a clean, air conditioned place to stay with a basic kitchen and great shower, which is perfect for after a day of hiking or other activities. You can't walk to get anywhere and it's a 15-20 minute drive into town, so just plan accordingly. The host is very responsive and helpful. '

From the location and layout to its cleanliness and amenities - everything was great. Check-in was seamless and the property owner was super responsive and helpful. 'This quaint little place was all it was advertised! From the welcome video to the rose petal heart on the bed, the place had all the little things that made the stay incredible. Sitting out by the coy pond and watching the doe and her fawn walk over to us was the start of a great evening. Laying back on the bed and watching the satellites fly over was amazing. Hope they have a return guest discount, we would come back!'
