MAC HOME Sorrento centraal en fijn gerestaureerd gratis Wi-Fi

Huis volledig en fijn gerenoveerd in 2017, gelegen in het centrum van Sorrento (Via Luigi De Maio), op een steenworp afstand van alle voorzieningen (station, bus, taxi, bars, restaurants, ziekenhuis, parkeerplaats) en de zee. De woning bestaat uit drie slaapkamers (waarvan één met badkamer) en een woonkamer met keuken voorzien van vaatwasser en wasmachine. Het hele huis is voorzien van airconditioning.
De locatie van Sorrento is strategisch voor een bezoek aan de beroemde archeologische vindplaatsen van Pompeii en Herculaneum die op minder dan 30 km afstand liggen (ook bereikbaar met de trein), maar ook om Positano, Capri, Ravello en Amalfi gemakkelijk over land of over zee te bezoeken.
De gemeente Sorrento heeft bij resolutie van de gemeenteraad nr. 99 van 29/11/2011 de toeristenbelasting ingesteld die van kracht is van 1 april tot 31 oktober. De belasting wordt geheven per persoon per nacht op de nachten van niet-ingezetenen in de gemeente Sorrento tot een maximum van 7 opeenvolgende nachten. Minderjarigen zijn tot 18 jaar vrijgesteld van de belasting. Deze belasting is verschuldigd door de gast bij aankomst in de accommodatie.

We stayed at Fabrizio’s apartment for 4 nights and had a superb time. Easy check-in via his brother who owns the shop beneath the apartment and a fantastic location to enjoy Sorrento and visit the Amalfi coast. Apartment is spacious, modern, clean and well equipped. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms make it suitable for larger families. From the balcony you can sit for hours and watch people go by, strolling through the town centre and feel the vibe of this lively town. You cannot get anymore central in Sorrento than with this apartment. From here, you can explore the town, walk to the beaches and harbor or start your (boat/car) trip to discover the Amalfi coast. We loved the apartment and Sorrento!

The location was amazing! Right on the main piazza. You would think it would be noisy, THINK AGAIN. Windows very well insulated. Owner was great with communications and very responsive. Loved our trip!

We have been to Sorrento many times and use it for our home base and always book a year in advance if possible to stay as close as possible to hte center .. this was the second time we were able to overlook Piazza Tasso from our balconey .. minutes from the water and train/bus stations ... it doesn't get better then this 😁

This apartment is in the heart of Sorrento and although there is bustle on the street at times when the windows are closed it is very quiet inside.Our hosts were wonderful and attentive.In the night on the weekends the street outside fills with a night life and was fun to watch from the balcony. There is a grocery store just down the road with everything we needed. For anyone used to clothing dryers in the states planning time for the clothes to dry is a factor for your trip.Tip: Use the heater provided in the bathroom to warm the space then conserve hot water and turn the water on and off while showering

The apartment was great, and the view from the balcony was amazing. Our son is studying abroad there and he scoped out the location ahead of time and said we chose the ideal location and he was absolutely right! We had a view of the café we visited almost every morning for a cappuccino and a pastry. The hosts were very communicative and helpful. Would absolutely recommend to others!

The apartment was very clean and the location excellent. The twin beds in the rooms where a bit confining.There are 30 steps to get to the first floor where the apartment is. Otherwise our stay was very enjoyable.

Perfect spot located in the town center. We just loved sitting on the balcony in the evening and watching the night life come alive. All of our private tours picked us up and dropped us off at the Sorrento town center. The ferry to Capri was an easy 5 min walk.

Here is some feedback to help plan your Sorrento stay. Pro’s -Location was excellent -Check in process easy -Close to train station -Plenty of toilet paper -Many restaurants, bars, and attractions -Communication with host was great -Smart TV Con’s -Apartment was bare bones as far as there was not any supplies in the kitchen such as salt, pepper, oil, paper towels, coffee etc -Apartment was sparsely decorated, nothing on the walls -Beds were okay but pillows were mush and too soft -Hot water is timed so make sure you lather up then rinse -Apartment is right in the square so a bit noisy Overall I would recommend this apartment because the location is outstanding!

This apartment will not disappoint. We were welcomed by Fabrizio’s brother Alessandro who explained everything in the apartment and was available anytime we had questions. The location was extremely convenient to all our needs. The balcony overlooking the piazza was what we loved most. The only negative is that we had to leave. Cannot wait to return to this property!

Location, location, location…..perfect Living area on the small side, however it did not matter to the four of us as we were not in the room that much. Also the bedrooms are a good size so we could always retreat to them for quiet and relax time. Having two washrooms was nice as well Loved having the balcony that overlooks the square. Location is absolutely great and close to everything, shops, restaurants, the train station, the lift down to the water front, stairs to the water front, or the walking ramp down to the waterfront Would stay here again for sure

Fabrizio was an excellent host! He helped us with our luggage and gave us an overview of the apartment. It is well furnished and has been recently updated. The location cannot be beat! It is located on the main town square accessible to restaurants and shops. I highly recommend his place!

We stayed at this lovely property eight nights. It was centrally located on the piazza, close to the market and waterfront. The property was very clean and nicely appointed. The piazza can be noisy, but, luckily, the windows make the unit virtually soundproof. The property is only a five-minute walk from the train station. And taxis are easily hired on the piazza. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked.

Die Lage ist perfekt für alle, die vom Balkon aus das Treiben auf der Piazza Tasso beobachten und genießen wollen. Auch ansonsten ist alles (Bahnhof, Supermarkt, Restaurants und Badestellen) fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Fabrizio, der Vermieter, antwortet schnell und ist äußerst hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Während unseres Aufenthaltes gab es ein Problem mit der Spülmaschine. Fabrizio hat sich sofort gekümmert und sogar jemanden vorbei geschickt, der zwischenzeitlich den Abwasch gemacht hat, während wir auf einer Wanderung waren - ohne dass wir das erwartet oder erbeten hätten. Würde jederzeit wieder buchen!

First of all, the location of the apartment is FANTASTIC! It is right on Piazza Tasso with easy access to everything. There is a small terrace where we enjoyed sitting and watching all the action. Despite it being in a busy piazza, there was very little outside noise when the windows were closed. The apartment was clean and had all the supplies needed if you wanted to cook. Fabrizio was a great host and was immediately responsive to any questions that we had. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!
