Location Location Location! Started our Italy trip in Sorrento. Wherever we need to go, we were in a perfect spot, easy to get to anything. Everyone was really nice and had a great breakfast. Great spot👏👏

Nice room and wonderful breakfast. There was no hair conditioner and the shower seemed to leak water. Otherwise, everything was good. The hotel clerk was very helpful with suggestions on what to see and where to dine.

Nice hotel and amazing staff that why I put 2 stars, but unfortunately there were many big problems. The toilet brush was inside of the toilet , so I don’t even know if it was cleaned, luckily I had alcohol wipes and I cleaned. The other thing was an annoying noise all night. Sounded like a broke ac but I had it off. I just booked the hotel last minute because I arrived late and it was closer than the other one I already had and I just wanted to sleep right away so I picked the one that looked more comfortable even if it was more expensive than others. I would have better luck going with my first option, didn’t sleep at all. And the last thing the breakfast, wasn’t good at all, the only food that looked tasty was the croissants but they were old. I just expected more from that hotel.

The 3 bedroom apartment was spacious and mostly clean, although there were some wires hanging from the bathroom shower and there appears to be black mold on the ceiling windows and shower ceiling areas.

The location was great. We were close to restaurants, the marina, and Piazza Tasso. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I event received a complimentary bottle of champagne for my birthday. I highly recommend staying here.

Very great place to stay in Sorrento. Short easy walk from the train station and to nearby restaurants and sights in town. The road seemed busy during the day but the room was very quiet at night. Very clean and spacious, we had a suite with an extra room that was perfect for our stay. The daily breakfast buffet was very delicious with friendly and accommodating staff. I would highly recommend for your next visit to Sorrento!

Two room suite for 4 people. Very refreshing as many hotels just insert two additional beds into a regular room. This a truly a two-bedroom suite where 4 adults can stay comfortably. Location is very central where all the dining and shopping experiences are in Sorrento. Probably the best hotel we stayed in during our 2 weeks in Italy. Staff was helpful to go above and beyond to make sure we got everything we needed. Highly recommended.

Our stay was very pleasant! The hotel is an easy walk from the train station. The staff were very helpful with information around the area. The room was very clean and beds were comfortable. The location is terrific - near shopping and just a few steps away from the stairs to the harbour.

Sorrento gem in May
This was the perfect hotel for us on this part of our trip! The location was excellent, the amenities including breakfast was wonderful and the staff was very helpful! We loved our room with a balcony and because we happened to be there when the Napoli football team won the tournament, there were fireworks all around us which was special to see. We would highly recommend Tasso Suites to anyone visiting Sorrento!

You can’t beat the location and spaciousness of these rooms! We were very surprised by how large the junior suite room was (it’s actually two rooms w 1.5 balconies!). The room was clean. The location is awesome for easy sightseeing. Breakfast was small (not a big American breakfast) but tasty and appreciated. The waitress worked very hard & was very friendly. The staff in general were friendly and helpful. My husband and I had a couples massage. Mine was not great but he loved his. The price for two massages was quite good when compared to prices in the US. Overall we highly recommend Tasso Suites!

Perfect location! Smack dab in the midst of all the action. Our stay was booked for 3 nights. When we first arrived, the apartment we were given smelled horribly of cooked fish. The woman at the front desk agreed that it was not tolerable and was able to get us into another room for the first night. (top floor apartment, which slept 10!) We then were transferred to a new room the next day. They moved all of our suitcases for us while we were out site seeing. The new apartment was fantastic! We stayed on the 2nd floor and were able to enjoy the street life below from our balcony - without it interrupting our sleep. Would stay again without question.

We love Sorrento and the staff is friendly but I do NOT recommend the hotel. The sofa bed sheets and pillow has mold stains, it was very disgusting. The bed has an uncomfortable uncomfortable matress it was extremely hard and uncomfortable. The elevator is old and very small. The corridors are narrow. The floor is not tile nor is it carpeted, so it doesn't make the room feel cozy. The noise from the road is very noticeable in the room. This hotel in overall needs renovation. On the other hand, on Expedia they notify that there is Parking Available on Site and this is a scam since the parking lot is NOT nearby. The parking lot is approximately 11 minutes walking, it is uncomfortable and you must leave the keys. They do NOT have on-site parking.
