Spijt van onze keuze voor dit hotel
Totaal niet volgens verwachting. Oude staat, ontbijt zwaar onder maats, luidde muziek en drukke entertainment de hele dag. Vooral gericht op italiaanse en Franse gasten. Evenals de kindentertainment. Kamer zat vol met mieren! Kleine kamers

Goede ligging tov strand; wel wat geisoleerd: kan niet zonder auto; zwembad goed, rest wat minder, maar niet slecht. Ook niet zo duur, dus wel goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. Veel Duitsers.

the management of the Hotel Club del Golfo has changed since April 2014. There is a new management company, a new staff, customers and well-being are our top priorities. Guests at the hotel are from Italy and many European countries, are satisfied and like the rooms, only 20 meters from the sea and the sea, in addition to good food.

Confortable. Tiene playa. Está muy cerca de Puerto Torres donde teníamos que coger el Ferry. Muy práctico en ese sentido. Personal muy amable.

This place is in the middle of no where. Food is only served super early and super late and there are no restaurants nearby. Cannot get a taxi either

Me gusto el entorno, el personal y las instalaciones. No me gustó la poca variedad y calidad del desayuno, la mala calidad de la wifi en las zonas comunes la falta de wifi en las habitaciones.

Stay away!
Terrible experience. I was planning to stay for only one night in an ocean view room. The room has absolutly no ocean view, no view at all, facing dirrectly at neighbour rooms. Rooms are tiny and worn down. WiFi is no good and hotel is in area with no cell reception. This is not a normal hotel, it isa resort style place, where you need to charge all purchases to a prepaid card. Card machine in reception did not work, so I cold not buy anything, not even get into the buffet. The only solution offered to me was to take a taxi into town to take out cash at an ATM machine. I checked out and left without staying the night. First upon leaving I was offered to have items from the bar for free, but they would not let me get any food from the buffet. The girl at the front desk was polite and tried to be helpfull, but management lacks all kind of service skills. Never experienced anything so silly, stay away.

Since the issue was in the credit cards, the staff tried everything possible to meet your needs, even making the manager's card available to offer you beverages. We also wished to inform you that some of our rooms offer a marvellous view of the Mediterranean Sea (no Ocean in Italy), but you booked our entry level and unfortunately we had no possibility for a free upgrade. However, we are sure that once the credit card problem was solved, you too could have had an amazing stay. H Del Golfo , direttamente sul mare è veramente eccezionale. location fantastica Dall'accoglienza al momento del Ceck-out il personale è stato inappuntabile ed efficentissimo per esaudire qualsiasi richiesta anche fuori standard !ed è lì che si vede la differenza! Le seul intérêt de cet hôtel est sa situation sur une zone de plage peu fréquentée, qui est un avantage pour la Sardaigne où toutes les plages sont bondées en Août.

Look no further!
AWESOME! Would definitely stay here again. No details overlooked well suited for couples and families. We stayed 10 nights and the kids wanted to stay another 10! Animation/Entertainment staff worked were top notch. Different shows overnight kept all laughing and talking about the shows the next day. Buffet dinners were delicious. Better than most restaurants in surrounding areas we tired. Different varieties each night. Cleaning staff were efficient and left the room spotless each night. Beds were extremely comfortable/new. Resort is in great condition, with excellent pool and right on the beautiful beach. Plenty of activities and kids club to keep all busy everyday. Many of the employees spoke highly of the management/ownership as was evident as everyone took pride in the resort and their work. We never got bored and it was one of the best resorts we've stayed at in Italy. Many of the people we met all had great things to say about the resort and no negativity. We will be exploring other similar owned resorts in other part of Italy.

Vi bodde på dette hotellet i to dager. Det var mer enn nok. Førsteinntrykk:Vi hadde strevd med å finne frem. Det er svært dårlig merket, og gps`n tar ikke adressen. Hotellet ser litt slitent ut, og rommene ligger tett i tett og de aller fleste har utsikt mot et annet hotellrom. Bare tull at flere rom har sjøutsikt... Ansatte:Da vi ankom hotellet ble vi møtt av en ung kvinnelig resepsjonist, som snakket elendig engelsk og knotet mellom italiensk, engelsk og tysk. Det tok en uendelighet å få informasjon, grunnet dette, og vi måtte hjelpe henne å finne de rette engelske ordene. FOR dårlig!En annen, middelaldrende mann, var svært nedlatende. Da vi fikk rom 4 meter fra baren (som forøvrig er åpen til midnatt med MYE støy!), og klagde på dette grunnet barn på 3 og 5 år, himlet denne mannen med øynene mot en kollega og sa på italiensk "de barna er ikke akkurat små!". Vi svarte på engelsk (ettersom vi forsto hva han sa) at "nei, ikke så små, men de legger seg kl.20 - og kan ikke sove ved siden av en støyende bar!". Etter mye om og men fikk vi byttet rom. Rom:For en familie på 4, fikk vi et rom på ca 15 m2. Altfor lite, badet var max 3 m2, og kunne kun for en person. INGEN terrasse/balkong.Utrolig dårlig. Maten: Vi hadde kun frokost, og den var elendig!! Rett og slett en forferdelig sammensatt frokost!Null juice, men derimot brusmaskin - til frokost!! Lekeområde: Elendig. Minst 20 år gammelt. Basseng: OK. Strand: Grumsete vann. Kjip sand. Alt i alt er vi misfornøyde. Aldri igjen.

Children are welcome and baby parking service is very much appreciated by the young guests. Our clientele of families choose the Hotel Club del Golfo both for the quality of the services provided and for services for children. Our breakfasts are plentiful and varied. Try our Hotel with the new management and you will be pleasantly surprised.
