Cocoonr is pleased to offer this charming, single-storey holiday home for rent in Sotta. It is fully air-conditioned, boasts mountain views, and features a swimming pool and a hot tub. With a floor area of 156 m², it can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises a lovely 54 m² living area, a fitted open-plan kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a garden of around 600 m². Wi-Fi (fibre optic), bed linen and towels are included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
- A 54 m² living area with a TV, double sofa bed, dining area and open-plan fitted kitchen, including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3: each with a queen-size bed (160×200)
- Three shower rooms (with shower) and a toilet
- A separate toilet

Two single beds are also available should you require additional sleeping arrangements.

For even greater comfort, the owners have invested in the following additional facilities: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, plancha, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outdoors:
- A swimming pool (private and heated) measuring 8×4 m. Secured by a fence and open from 1 March to 30 November
- A hot tub measuring 2.4 × 2.4 m, for 5 people and open all year round
- A south-east-facing terrace of approximately 126 m² with outdoor furniture to enjoy sunny days
- A private, enclosed garden of 600 m²

The house is ideally situated in Sotta, in a very pleasant setting. You’ll find all the essential shops nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars and a market...

- Santa Giulia Beach: approx. 19 mins (15 km) by car

- Punta di a Vacca Morta, approximately 53 minutes (36.6 km) by car

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the property’s private car park (up to 5 vehicles). It is also possible to park around the property.

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future guests. Please leave the property in a reasonably clean condition and clean any kitchen appliances after use.
