'Great experience, so far the best hotel in Makkah! Hotel is well maintained and the staff is very friendly in contrast to other hotels in Makkah.
We got upgraded to a suite what was a very good experience and comforted our stay in Makkah.
Breakfast is great with a friendly staff and housekeeping is good.
All facilities like Bin Dawood and many restaurants are located in the same building.'

'Walking distance from Haram. Do not take the bus to Haram. It takes you to a bus transfer station where you need to take another bus. Then you have to take another 10 minutes walk. From the hotel you just follow the main road in front of the hotel and it takes you direct to Haram after 20-25 minute walk.
Room was spacious and clean. Only thing is the bed which was hard. But maybe other people like it that way.
Breakfast was good with enough variety. Diner buffet is nice as well against a fair...

'Location and breakfast are good. The rooms are noisy, airco wasn’t working called 5 times. I changed my room 3 times. They gave me an upgrade but the room wasn’t good airco made us sick and a lot of noise from the generator outside. The cleaning service and reception are friendly and really want to help you. '

'Super enthousiast over ons verblijf in dit hotel!!
Wij zijn op eigen houtje afgereisd naar Mekka om de Umrah te verrichten. Personeel is super behulpzaam, we mochten veel later uitchecken dan aangegeven waardoor we nog op onze laatste dag de umrah konden verrichten.
Er worden altijd bij de uitgang drankjes aangeboden. Kamer is mooi en schoon, wordt goed schoongemaakt. Concierge helpt zelfs met wrappen van bagage, helpt ook bij zoeken van taxi's etc.
Kortom zeer tevreden over dit mooie hotel,...
