During the summer heat, take advantage of the shared pool located near the cottage. Come discover the tourist attractions of the Lot department: Rocamadour, Padirac, Autoire,... or the Cantal department: Aurillac, Le Puy Mary, or even Lake Saint-Étienne-Cantales. Do you enjoy hiking? Numerous trails are just a short walk from the cottage. Come stay at the Beauregard Cottage, where nature and tranquility welcome you. Single-story cottage. Unfenced property with parking and access to the entire 3,000 m² wooded grounds. Entryway leading to 3 bedrooms: 2 with a 140x190 bed and 1 with 2 90x190 beds. A bathroom with a walk-in shower and a washing machine. Separate toilet. Living/dining room opening onto the patio (outdoor furniture, umbrella, grill) and a fully equipped kitchen. Access to the shared guesthouse pool located 200 meters from the cottage (to be shared with other guests in July and August; the pool is for private use in June and September). Towels and sheets included. End-of-stay cleaning available as an option. Electric cars cannot be charged here (fast-charging station located 5 minutes from the cottage). The cottage is not accessible to people with limited mobility.
